I frequent the Cobequid Road location with more regularity than other lications. Very impressed regarding my last visit. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also, noticed there seem to be a fair amount of staff turnover. Having said that, the individual waiting on me was certainly one of the best i ever encountered.

21 Dollars for a foot long sub with nothing else? Are you kidding?

She also only toasted it for ten seconds and dumped a bunch meat into the cheese. I looked and there's bits of meat in all sorts of trays where it doesn't belong, so if you're a vegetarian or a vegan, watch out because you WILL get meat in your food regardless if you wanted it or not.

I went to this location. - Sept 12th around 4pm. There was a worker here that was making a wrap without gloves on. I'm in shock/disbelief. I go to this location very frequently. The lady must have been either new or from a different location. She wears a silver bracelet. I did take a photo of it. But looks like I cannot spot a photo!

I had worst experience at this branch. I ordered veggie delite sub and told to add all the vegetables and still he didn't add tomatoes. In addition, the quantity he added.you all can see in the photos. Lastly, I told to add crispy onion and he added that in very small quality like I can literally count that. Same thing in sauce.when I asked him to spread the sauces both side, he argued with me and boom.didn't feel like they added sauces. In last, he gave me sub without paper bag and when I asked he's literally giving me the bag instead of packed that. So rude and unacceptable behavior.
I suggest to not go to this place. Not worthy anymore. Disgusting!

Gotta have more than one employee… busiest stall in the food court… slowest service imaginable… management has gotta do better.

So I’m here every day, as I work in the mall. I have a good relationship with some of the employees. Today, May 16 @ 2: 45, I was served by a new employee who gave me a minuscule scoop of crispy onion, that didn’t even fill the scoop, and tried to double charge me if I wanted extra. Subway, you need to fix this. I don’t want extra, I want more than just crumbs. Absolutely ridiculous considering she is the only one to ever do this.

Very very very rude staff. Specially the girls were very rude to me and they don't understand sometimes what we order and they laugh on face or look at each other sarcastically that really makes us awkward I recently faced the very wierd situation on the 28th Feb 2023, at 2pm in mall where two girls were very rude to mee and rolling the eyes sarcastically and looking at each other and laughing. Also, spoke very rude when she did not understand what I wanted also I think she was mad at me for no reason and did not even care that she gave me a uncooked piece of chicken, I was in hustle otherwise I wanted to go back and show her and also it was crowded so couldn't go back but she did not make my order well cooked. Never ever will go there again, rude sarcastic girls.

The rudest ever staff that I have ever seen! My wife and I both have worked in these kinds of places but never had this attitude towards customers! I can't even hear them when they ask me about my order! Also, I witnessed that after we left the place, they pointed at us and mocked my wife and me since it was our first time going to the subway! No surprise that they don't have many customers!

Employees are rude and treat you awfully. Never can make sandwiches right and then refuses to fix them.
