Apart from waiting for 20 mins for a sub the person working cash asked was extremely extremely unprofessional and rude. She asked if i wanted a drink or chips/cookies for side so i shook my head to indicate no which i know she saw, but nonetheless she leaned over and repeated herself only this time in a sarcastic tone and louder so the whole line heard her. I was honestly shook to have that happen so i just said no and nothing else but she rolled her eyes and walked away while i began paying. I really didn’t say anything or do anything she could have taken as disrespectful. I wonder if maybe she had a bad day or something but even I, who works in restaurant have never had such a bad day where i was so inclined to take it out on a customer. Very very disappointing and embarrassing look for this shop.

Nice place to sit in, but I wouldn't recommend mobile ordering as the accuracy is usually lacking. I've had missing items, them substituting things without asking, and all subs not warmed. The last time I ordered my sub was completely missing the protein - I had mentioned it to my friend who lives nearby and he said to go immediately back as he's seen them accuse customers of ordering, picking an ingredient off, and then coming back to put up a stink.

It was a little scary hearing that, but the employee working did remake my sub for me and was pretty friendly, so shoutout to that guy. Unfortunately I won't be going back due to the consistent mistakes, aloof service and pretty crummy food; you're better off going a few blocks down to the one near South Park St.

Hire more staff. I shouldn't be next in line for 5+ mins without even being acknowledged while the only two staff make orders off a tablet. They were friendly but they're surely overworked.

Fast service as there was nobody else in the resturant, However the lady who was working was extremely rude and disrespectful.
When she asked what I would like to order I explained to her I had just placed an online order and would like to wait in the resturant. She then proceeded to say that their seating was closed and me and my friend were not allowed to be seated while waiting.
Maybe this worker was having a bad day as it was past 11PM but that does not call for comments under her breath and some rude remarks.
Can't believe that this lady was hired as she is very unprofessional and displays awful customer service skills. Will not be going to this subway again.

My partner and I ordered two subs (one each) and a single cookie, and they couldn't have gotten the order more wrong while still within the confines of the ingredients we both specified if they tried.

I ordered a footlong Green Goddess on Tex Mex toasted with
-Swiss
-Green peppers
-Olives
-Red onions
-Spinach
-Tomato
-Chipotle SW
-Green Goddess dressing

My partner ordered a Chicken Bacon Peppercorn Ranch footlong on Italian herbs and cheese toasted with
-Shredded cheese
-Green peppers
-Onions
-Peppercorn ranch sauce

My sub was subject to an avalanche of onions, no Green Goddess dressing, no cheese, no spinach, no tomato, and no olives.

My partner's sub contained maybe two onions total, my tomatoes, my spinach, my olives, and my Green Goddess dressing.

This experience read like they put all of the ingredients we ordered separately into a hat and drew them out at random to decide what our subs would be, then arbitrarily left some ingredients out and added strange amounts of others.

At least the cookie was right.

I'm a garbage disposal and will eat anything, but my partner is more picky and was displeased.

Imagine if this atrocious mix-up had happened and one of us had an allergy to one of the ingredients.

I've never in my life had any restaurant, let alone a Subway, get my order this incorrect.

Ordered 3 subs with coworkers from the app. All of them had multiple mistakes - veggies missing, veggies that weren’t supposed to be on them, not toasted, etc. It’s a new location, so it might be new staff, but how hard is it to follow along all laid out right on the receipt and order screen. I’ll be waiting in the long lineup to order in person and watch that the staff make my sub correctly next time.
