Amazing staff and service! It is also located in a plaza which has McDonald's and A&W nearby. If you're heading to Cape Breton from the west side of Nova Scotia, this could be a great stop for a quick meal in Antigonish. It is also open late which is rare with restaurants in Nova Scotia.

We stopped in for a lobster sub. We ordered one foot long. Got to the cashier and he said $28.75… with a look of What I said pardon? At this point we were committed and purchased the sub. Someone should have said something. I saw no pricing for it. It was after he said “it is our most expensive sandwich” no kidding. As well as was it worth it? No. It was ok. For almost 30 bucks it should have been outstanding. Really disappointed.

I just visited this place and had the worst experience ever. The lady on veggie section of sub-bar was very rude. Her facial experience showed it all. Would not recommend to anyone!: (

I had the worst sub of my life. Didn’t put the veggies properly and she didn’t even close my sub before wrapping up. Spend $57 for nothing

Wish I didn’t spend 23 on the lobster sub here when I went here with my family it was terrible the bread tasted stale and sour and so did the lobster. The man worked here even gave me attitude when I said that he gave me the wrong cookie and he was pressuring my aunt the hurry up with deciding which is completely unacceptable for an employee to do, also I had to use the washroom since this was a stop during our road trip and both the make and female bathrooms were filthy. This is easily the worst subway I have ever been to and will never return.

They DONT know how to cook or properly heat up there food here AT ALL

The employees service was really good, but the sub I've ordered kinda didn't reach out to my expectations. Should've ordered something else. But overall such a great place.

Just ordered a sub and saw the lady working put BBQ sauce on my sub when I clearly asked for sweet onion sauce. I told her and she said she would fix it. Which I thought meant make me a new sub with the ingredients I asked for but I just got back to work and realized she just put the sweet onion sauce over the DDQ sauce. I guess now I know why she was talking in a different language to her co-works and laughing. Now I don’t get to eat lunch/supper and I’m out $12. Getting peoples orders right should be of the utmost importance with food allergies. Onwards to the better business bureau report.

Love subway, and always have a positive experience at this location. The place is clean and the employees are quick, nice and helpful. I like that all the toppings are always fresh and so are the buns.
