EVERY SINGLE TIME me or my family orders from this place there is always something wrong with our subs we order their either made wrong or youve gotta basically yell at the workers for them to understand what your saying and watch them like a hawk to make sure that your sub is right id rather drive all the way to the valley or the city to order a sub because there is a 90% chance that your sub will be made right there unlike windsor there is a 10% chance that your sub will be made right i dont think me or my family will ever be ordering a sub from here again

Drove through for a salad tonight. They looked busy inside but the service was awesome and the salad equally awesome. Well done and thank you!

How are you closed on Fridays and Saturdays probably the busiest time in Windsor for fast food. Especially during exhibition weekend

Food is standard. I went to pay cash and the guy took some of my change and put it in the tip jar without asking me.

Very friendly servers here. Some mistakes made on food though. Very clean. Ordered a few footlongs in-store. Was going to buy online but service was jumpy.

We actually asked the guy to put more spinach on it, and this is how many veggies we got. For $12.59 + tax? That's a joke. That's how you lose customers.

This place has really gone downhill. You have to watch them make your sub like a hawk! They give you the wrong sauce, try to put things on your sub you did not ask for, and omit things that you did ask for. Sometimes it gets drowned in sauce, and other times you're not sure if they even put sauce on it. Every single time we get subs here, there is ALWAYS an issue. So much so that I will never buy a sub here again. The quality is awful, and it gets tiresome having to repeat over and over how you want your sub to be made. Unbelievable that anybody would want to buy a sub here!

My sub was so tasty. The staff was very friendly and listened to every request. Very pleased with my experience.

The staff there is very nice but they definitely need to be trained better, two people on tonight my husband ordered soup, we asked "potatoe soup" response was yes, and I ordered a sub went to open soup was Chicken noodle just like everyone else If we wanted that we would have went to Tim Hortons anyways he went to return it and no one new how to do it.a 6" sub Chicken ranch and a large soup $15.05 and got back $5.00 Never Again will we stop at that location

Would not recommend. Got a sub for my wife they made it wrong. I contacted subway, they asked me a bunch of questions and I never heard from them again. Very disappointed will never go back again. Not even a sorry for your experience. $12 for a sub with 4 toppings and they forgot one. Not worth it.

Not a very good place to buy a sub. Passing through area twice and ordered subs.the first time the sub was so thin and very little sauce on it. I thought it was just a bad day. The second time the sub was even worst. I went inside both times and watched the subs being made. Asked for extra onions and green peppers in total had 7 onions and only 8 green peppers! Bought times there was very little veggies and the same with the meat. My advice to everyone is to stay away from this store!

Super stingy on sauce, I always ask for extra because I know they barely put any and it’s still always super dry

Stopped going to this store. New owners seriously cut back on quality of subs. Went there three different times and no change. I could have went to a service station and got a better sub at a cheaper price! The staff were not very friendly and seemed to not care!
