Went in for a quick bite and it was great! Staff are friendly and courteous, and service is FAST!

One specific employee with glasses (adult female - probably Manager hence the ego) has a horrible attitude and manners (very well known by anyone who visits), the tone of voice is unacceptable, unnecessary argument. You don't have humility, compassion, not even a smile.
It is only because of you that I would never visit this specific branch. Rather go hungry.
Sorry to say but you don't deserve to be in food service. Please learn how to greet a customer, Seriously the young employees are great, elder employees are great too but not this specific adult. (Grow up).

This morning i decided to visit my local subway branch. I had a breathtaking amazing encounter with the subway employee named Riley. When i walked in i was immediately greeted with a warm welcoming smile. Instantly she asked how i was this morning. Riley then asked me if i had coupons. I told her yes but continued to explain how i’m confused by them. Riley made clear of all them to me patiently and happily. She helped me find one that worked for me. She was incredibly fast but made sure the sandwiches were neatly positioned and perfect. She was very outgoing enjoyable and wasn’t timid at all She was a great listener and recommended sauces that were exquisite. You rock subway Glace bay.

While I was ordering a sub from this location 2 pest control vans parked and the workers entered the restaurant with a bunch of tools/supplies. Clearly this restaurant had or still has a bug or mouse/rat infestation. Avoid.

I visited just yesterday with my girlfriend. I had one of the best experiences as a customer. Aliyah, the team member, made our sandwiches with the utmost patience and was very attentive to our detailed requests as to how we wanted our sandwiches to be customized. Cheers to Aliyah and the rest of the team.

It's amazing that food only gets a 4 star because there tuna isn't real but everything else is absolutely amazing best sandwich ever

I recently visited my local Subway branch and had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from one of their employees (Rajesh). From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist me.

The employee, whose name was Rajesh went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was a pleasant one. They patiently guided me through the menu, providing helpful recommendations and answering all my questions regarding the various sandwich options and toppings available. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made the decision-making process much easier.

I Give Subway Glace bay 5 stars! My wife and i have been going there a lot in the nights and it’s always the same young girl who makes our subs. She is certainly a pleasure always very happy, patient and very friendly and the food is delicious.

My wife called and asked if she could place an order for DELIVERY which is clearly offered on the Subway website. Then totally caught off guard, and when the order was ready and also to our amazement we were informed that we were going to require a taxi to pick up our food and deliver it to us at our own expense. Not having a vehicle in the dead of winter is the absolute only reason that we researched restaurants that deliver. Thanks for the extra hidden fee of $20 Subway. It's obviously an added cost which you think is affordable to us all considering you can't take the time to remove this from your site. You should be accountable for this taxi cab cost! It wasn't our error and sadly I'm guessing that others understand exactly what I'm saying. Adjust your review by stars to include zero as a choice because having to choose 1 raises the average you haven't earned!

Workers are beyond slow, dont care about holding up lines, never had a good experience in 6 visits.

Placed an order threw the drive threw and both subs were wrong. Nothing like being hungry and get home to the wrong items.

Was hoping they cleared staff when they removed location, same shift leaders that leave half the counter unstocked half the ingredients aremt ready they seem agitated that a customer decided to walk into their business.never seen someone walk so slowly with half a dozen people waiting on them

Staff are great just one or two supervisors that couldnt care less
