Subway

There were alot of new faces since I was there last, but they worked in unison. Our cashier was bubbly and very helpful. They were the first location to launch a new coffee machine and it is great! I sincerely hope they decide to keep it as it makes fresh coffee for each customer. Keep the great work Subway!

The guy at the drive thru window just threw our food at us and slammed the window. He was so rude

Where to begin.horrible service.didn't even know there own menu bad customer service tried to tell me there was no soup and fountain drink combo and was rude when I pointed it out on menu then he proceeded to just get me a cup of soup and that was it for 3.99 not the combo for 4.69. Very lazy and slow and had to be asked to add more stuff to my sub and salad and our other stuff couple times and then almost choked and broke my tooth on an olive pit.

Always consistent always good. They seem to have a good turnover, so their food is fresher than most Subways.

The buns were fresh the subs weren't skimpy they were great subs from this store. I will go back.

Good alternative to fast food but their breakfast sandwiches need to to hotter, especially the Pictou st location.

The restaurant has went way down hill in the past few years. When you are told you can only have 6 pickles on a veggie sub which costs 0.40 cents less then meat options. The staff just took over 10 minutes from entry to the time any of them acknowledged my presence. Even the staff has been going down hill too. They are much more rude then they once were. What happened to the customer is always right. It’s more like how can we make the most money for the least value. It’s sad when subways slogan is have it your way, but it should be have it your way as long as it’s within our rules of what’s enough. Just add a fee for extra veggies. Makes more sense then just saying no more. Would not recommend.

Very unhappy with both locations in Truro. They make everything runny or burnt and act like jerks about leaving a tip.

Had a delicious veggie sandwich on flatbread. The vegetables were crispy fresh and the customer service was excellent. I ate in and the restaurant was very clean. I will return. Thumbs up

I love this place. Quick and friendly service. Sandwiche was fresh and yummy. The guy who made my sandwich I loved the way of making it properly. I highly recommend this place!

It was busy, but had a great, friendly crew on as usual, and it flowed perfect.no waiting and it was made to MY perfection. Performance and at a busy time, as well as friendly. 5 's across the board! Thank you guys!

The staff was nice so +1* but i had to ask for more lettuce 3 times and they didn’t cut my sub in half.

Sub was good experience was not. Second time using the app at this store. First time I sent my order to store. Pickup time was 7. I got there at 7: 10 and order hadn't been started. This time I tried to redeem points to get 2.00 off the order. Neither person knew how to process the discount apparently and they charged my credit card on file when I wanted to pay debit. I was frustrated when I left I didn't notice right away but when I looked at my receipt the discount wasn't applied. Frustrating!

Friendly staff, yummy fresh food, very convenient. Average fast food restaurant, but I like that they have much healthier options than your typical fast food place.

It is a Subway. If you have been to one, you can imagine what it is like. They serve the same options across the world, and you will leave with a full stomach.

Just ate there this evening.the staff (making the subs) were friendly, however the person working cash. I dont believe knows how to read a coupon. As my husband showed him/her (I am not sure if the person was a male or female no offense intended in my saying that I just dont want to post the wrong gender) the coupon, mentioned it and told her/him what he was paying for AND it still didnt process for them. So I ended up paying for items included in the coupon price. And they still gave me back the coupon my husband used.
It was truly sad as they may of been new to the store.but in that case please ask for help.
Wont be returning to this location, but with it being truro there is 3 other locations to chose from.
