Went for a sandwich 15-20 minutes before close and they had thrown out all of the bread. There’s no reason to be open if you can’t make food. Waste of petrol.

The place looks neat after the renovations, however the prices are too high and they have no vegan options when it comes to protein.
I asked the employee if she knew the ingredients to the sauces and she said: “no…” with the most careless look. I had to get my sandwich without any sauce… can anyone explain me why the employee doesn’t know the ingredients? Isn’t that illegal for a business not to know their ingredients?

Anytime I try drive through, they tell me to wait 10 minutes and they’re servicing 1 person inside.

If you're not going to take orders in the drive through, close it. Ive been sitting here over 10 minutes. I even drove up to the window and no ones come over.

GO TO SACKVILLE OR BEDFORD. Horrible service. This is the third time I’ve been back to this location with the same problem. I pay for double meat, I don’t get what I paid for. The first time this happened I went out of my way to go back, but I was met with an argument, and a refusal to refund my purchase. This time, I have very little protein (I typically get more from a regular steak and cheese order at other locations than I do from a double meat order here) and my girlfriends order came not toasted with no sauce. This place is a disgrace. It’s actually shameful how poor the service is here through mobile ordering. Places like this are the reason subway is dropping locations worldwide. JUST BECAUSE IT’S MINIMUM WAGE, DOESN’T MEAN IT’S MINIMAL EFFORT. BRUTAL. FIRE AND REHIRE.

Brutally slow service. Only stop in when going on road trips as it is local to my house. Seems as though there is never any customers, however takes at least 15 minutes to get a sub. Last drive-threw experience, one vehicle ahead of me at the speaker, waited 15 minutes and they had not got order taken yet, I ended up reversing out the drive-threw. Today did an online order to avoid this, got the notification it was ready and when my spouse went in to collect our subs we were told they had not started making them yet. As of writing this, 10 minutes have passed, she still does not have our food and there are no vehicles in the parking lot and none in the drive-threw. Might be time to hire more staff or replace the current ones.

Tonight I visited Subway Fall River, Nov22/21 after a long day at work. After ordering a sub and having it toasted it was time to choose veggies. The lettuce was all brown and wilted.
I asked for new lettuce and mentioned to staff that they should not serve rotten lettuce and all they said was “NO that’s it, all the lettuce is the same”
I was disgusted, isn’t subway suppose to be fresh? I’m not sure if that was it for lettuce or if staff were to too lazy to get more.
I really wish I took a picture because I pity anyone who went through the drive thru sight unseen and ordered lettuce.

Really wish you could order gluten free subs through the app. This subway is hit or miss. You could either be able waiting a long time to get a sub with no sauce even though you ordered two different sauces or you could get a decent sub. Really depends on who's working.

I had a real problem with this Subway location and it was around the wait time. I went inside to place my order and there was ONE person in the lineup in front of me, otherwise the place was customer empty. There was however, at least one car in the drive thru, possibly two. The real problem was, there was only ONE employee on duty and it took forever for him to get to me. First he attended the customer in front of me then the drive thru. I am sure he was doing the best he could but after all he was only one person. Not the place for me or anyone to be if in a hurry.

Staff is nice, but they're constantly understaffed. Don't go thru the drive thru if you can avoid it.

I went into subway 2 times at fall river was there on vacay n the food was great but the only good worker was a girl name Angela perrier. Maybe the owner should make her manager n maybe it would be alot better since the other staff that were there were either on their phone ignoring customers or were just rude.

The Subs tasted good. I am not sure of I am getting older and my taste has changed, but I feel like everything in the Subs Recipe has changed. Bread, meat, cheese, sauces all seem very different. You can always count on red onions, pickels and stemy hot peppers. Also seemed like we we were ordering at an inconvenience to some staff.

Fall River has the best Subs and are always so friendly. I live in Chezzetcook and when in the area, I try to stop. Love it. I usually get a black forest ham yummm

This is a big size Subway. It is located at the busiest corner in Fall River. This location has a drive thru. It is near the lake so you have a nice view while eating.

Way too under staffed, food is good just like every other subway. 32 minutes from the time we entered to the time we ordered! 1 person working. I felt bad for that one person. Good worker but completely overwhelmed

1 guy working. Slow as anything and not capable of doing more than 1 sub at a time.
Watched several ppl waiting in line just turn around and leave. We've currently been waiting 10mins and there's no one ahead of us in line and place is empty. Horrible!

It was good the amount of stuff that goes in to the sub is never consistent so maybe work on that
