Sushi Jet Bedford

Used to love going to Sushi Jet, but the shine has worn off. AYCE is now $35~ plus drinks and tip, cost us around $60 per person after tip and it's not as good as others in town.

The absolute worst part though was their Pad Thai which is red in colour and utterly flavourless. Items on a menu should only be things that a restaurant is good at, microwavable instant Pad Thai bowls are top shelf in comparison.
Please stop embarrassing yourselves and learn how to make it or remove this garbage from the menu!

For an all you can eat sushi place, they’ve got some really good quality fish. Sashimi is cut thick and tastes incredibly fresh. Appetizers and other foods are pretty good too, would personally recommend their boba tea as a drink.

Servers are friendly and welcoming, and this location in particular has a very homey atmosphere to it. All time favourite place to go to when I’m craving sushi, or when I just want a good bite.

First time at this location, but same as their new location in Dartmouth. Food and service is exceptional and lots of favorites on the menu!

Decided to try this place out for the first time, and so glad we did. This will be our new spot for sushi. I ordered online and drove to pick up. I was greeted by staff and they were so kind and amazing. Drove home about 25 minutes away and the food was still hot and tasted amazing! We will be going back here for sure. Highly recommend this place due to the great staff and food.

Usually good. If I order for puck up at a busy time, there is always something they miss in the order which is frustrating. It IS excellent fish so the sashimi, sushi, rolls, maki, are all delicious. Other items are misleading. The Butter Mushroom Yaki is just a bunch of peppers, cabbage, onion, and a few white mushrooms, stir-fried.
Stay with the sushi and sashimi and you'll have great food. If picking up, remember to open the bag and verify. They are good about correcting mistakes but it means waiting for something to be prepared or being refunded.

Love this locations cozy feeling! I prefer the all you can eat dinner over the lunch, due to the lunch menu not including some of my favourites! (cheese wontons)

I go here many times a year and it is always very good! Fast service, good selection, and tasty food! The interior is nice, prices are a bit expensive but on-par with other sushi all-you-can-eat places.

I also like the rebranding they are doing!

Each time we go here the service is a little worse. Tonight we waited 45 minutes for hand rolls

Good food. We've never had a bad experience. My roommates said the sushi was great. The Thai dishes were delicious. Would recommend!

We have tried the others, but keep going back here.
Some of us don’t like sushi, but really enjoy the soups, Thai dishes and dim sum which are all part of the all-you-can-eat menu.
We are always well taken care of by the staff.

Ordered through Skip and chose the pad Thai and spicy shrimp tempura sushi. Sushi was delicious and fresh. Pad Thai was hot and a huge portion, but had zero taste - very disappointing.

One of the best sushi places around. I love their dinner menu. The service is great and typically the sushi comes out pretty fast. I’d go here everyday if the week if I could afford it!

Terrible service. This is not the first time we’ve been to in Sushi Jet for AYCE, but it certainly will be my last time. I spend over $150 every time, bringing friends and family in to this place. The service has been going downhill. The service of the waiter was particularly bad; it’s like he did not want you to order more, constantly telling us that he’s going to take the iPad back at 9: 25pm when the kitchen closes at 9: 30pm. We also always order ice cream with the server directly, which is after the last call. You’d think I’d be able to (as I normally do) because ice cream isn’t prepared in the kitchen, right? But no, I guess not. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, please don’t waste your money here.

but they missed so many items… and I wasn’t the only table… in the hour I was there every table had to ask about food they ordered…

The food is okay, but not great. Service varies from good to alright. Sushi is cheap enough to skip the AYCE and just buy a bunch at regular price somewhere with better food.:)

If you want to eat a ton of mediocre sushi for 26 plus tax and tip, then it's your place.

I always have an enjoyable visit to this establishment. The food is amazing and I have never been let down. Service is fast and friendly and I recommend the all you can eat sushi to all sushi lovers!

This is a fantastic place to go and get very good Sushi and Asian food.
But lately the service has been sliding and it is very disappointing. On our last visit we waited over an hour for our food and the time before that did not receive our full order.
I still recommend this place but they need to improve the service.

Dining was great but tempura in the rolls was crunchy and hard. Don’t think I’ll be back I can drive to better close by

Better, faster service than Happy Sushi located around the corner. Another competitive edge is the drink deals and prices (plus free pop refills). Food was fast and delicious. Will definitely be going back.

You know the cheap store bought “Bento” sushi from Sobey’s? Where the fish is so processed it taste like pure salt where it doesn’t even taste like fish anymore. Well that’s Sushi Jet bedford location - all you can eat. I don’t care what anyone says about this place, the sushi on all you can eat menu is NOT the same as the regular menu at all. First they brought me some rolls that don’t even resemble the basic sushi rolls. For example the Phillidalphia rolls barely had no cream cheese if any. The texture of the fish was as though it was puréed. It was so bad I had to return half of the sushi on my very first plate! Then I was scared to order more and I politely told the waitress that I love sushi and I want to enjoy it and if they could make the sushi as though it would be from the regular menu. I had such a bad experience because the sushi was not good quality and it did not taste good either. To add to this negative experience. My friend who was with me had a severe allergy to gluten and she advised the waitress of her allergy. The waitress confirmed that there was no gluten in the food then a minute later, another waitress runs to our table while my friend was eating and said there was gluten in her food that she ordered. I am so very disappointed! I will never ever go here again. The sushi jet on Dutch village road is amazing (not all you can eat though)

Service was adequate but not very friendly. The sushi had too much rice and mayonnaise sauce and not enough fish. Too expensive for the quality. Most of the “appetizer” type items (like spring rolls etc) were very fatty, like they had been deep fried earlier and then deep fried again before serving. Could barely finish what we’d chosen so that we wouldn’t be charged for leaving food. Would not recommend.

First time there and i can say its not gonna be the last. Its probably one of the best All-u-can-eat Japanese restaurant in Niva Scotia. Great place, amazing presentation, cozy place and great food!
