Swiss Chalet

Tonight we were a group of 11 ladies some of whom have not seen each other for almost three years. You can imagine the chatter. Our server was a sweet young lady, very friendly and patient. She treated us as if we were her Moms, did not rush us, seemed to enjoy the good time we were having. We will go back!

Typical Swiss chalet pretty well the same everywhere. Prices are getting a little steep though.

I love this location for food and quick service! The food quality and quantity are great! However, I have had consistent problems with pickup leaving out coupons or sides dishes. When they say they will honour the missing item with a coupon, it never exists. This has happened 4 times. Our last was yesterdays festive meals with no $10 coupons.

Were very impressed with cleanliness and the Prometheus of the service, our waitress was great as well!

The food was delicious but the service was less to be desired. They trick us by charging too much for side order of sweet potato fries. Different price than the menu. Bad manager. Incompetent

The food was inedible, x2 of the side of fries had over cooked fries in it to the point when you squeezed them they busted into powder (management witnesses it) then when changing a toddler the change table was damaged and the child was fell off table. (Not hurt but got the blood pumping) “The beef is back “ menu offered a roast beef sandwich that had a putrid smell of very old grease that currently haunts me as I write this review.
Only thing that didn’t let us down was the crayons and place mat. Just look somewhere else for food plenty of options in the area not sure what I was expecting but 0/10.

My husband, who has mobility issues and walks with a walker, was seated at the farthest table from where we entered. My meal was cold and missing it's vegetables.

Chelsea was my waitress, she was very friendly, she’s fast and was great with checking in on me! I recommend going to this location.

Overall it's good. Friendly staff and quick service. I found the food little bland but they have plenty to choose from including few gluten free options. The place was kept very clean.

Our server was fantastic, 3 yrs ago The food was fantastic. Now it's not that great. Very disappointed in quality of food.

My bf and I each had a quarter chicken dinner. For both of us - the baked potato was underdone (could barely be cut, and not squashed with our forks), and our chicken was overdone (the meat on the legs couldn't be torn away from the skin - not even chewable). May not eat this location again.

Really good food and especially nice waitress, would recomend! I ate the chicken sandwich, but there are also some vegetarian options.

Was not impressed with the food tonight got the cheese bread was still frozen inside they took that off our bill, got the festival meal and that was almost cold to mine and my daughter's had to pay $40 for a meal we hardly ate, will not go back to this location

My go to wing spot in Bedford, could use more spices though. The dark meat dinner is a thing of beauty

I was very impressed. The staff were amazing and so courtesy. The fast prompt service and food were amazing. I will definitely be back to this location.

Enjoyed my usual 1/4 chicken dinner. Everything was fresh and hot. Service was good and there wasn't any wait time for a table.

Went here Saturday with my family service was good the food was not so good ordered the Festive Special with was stuffing ribs chicken anyways I ordered dark meat because I dont like how dry white meat is got my stuff and the chicken was dark and super dry felt like I was going to chock on every bite was not impressed same with the ribs

Had the ribs, very tender but not much sauce. Maybe it's a preference but I like my ribs messy and dripping with sauce.

Not to bad. A few issues but the server fixed them pretty quick. I've had better swiss chalet but I've had alot worse too.

Not my favorite food chain restaurant but good to visit when nothing else is close by. Did they ever serve the portion of chicken like in their adds?

Not nearly as good as it was in the early days! Food always comes out warm at best; not even sure if chicken is kept at a safe hot temp.

Our waitress and the staff that helped her where incredible especially having to put up with a clan as we had there must have been 16 of us and they went out of their way to accommodate us

Standard Swiss Chalet. Good quick service, better food than the Dartmouth side. Worth a Tuesday evening for sure.

If it was possible to give 0 stars to the Bedford Place Mall location I would. 60 minutes of waiting for a take out meal only to be provided with a completely incorrect order. Multiple customers were disgusted with the speed of the service here today and when one person asked how much longer it would be, the server was very direct and ignorant towards the customer stating "I'm not the one making your food" and walked away. When I was presented with the incorrect food I returned it to the counter and the server was ignorant with me stating it was not wrong. There is a difference between Rice and Fries. When I requested my money back, Emily the manager provided quite a lot of attitude about the situation finally returning most of my money back. The tip apparently remains with them. Pathetic service, will NEVER come here again.

The chicken and shrimp with rice dinner is becoming one of my favorites. The service was very good too.

Maybe just that all chicken nowadays is forcefed and fat as hell, but the chicken doesn't seem to crisp and hold flavor like it used to. Is ok, and satisfies, but it's not like it used to be. Fries also seem soggy.

Delicious food, their chicken is awesome! Restaurant is very clean. The staff is friendly and lovely, everyone is made to feel very welcome.

My wife and I very close friends has been coming here for a night out and on special occasions and we always had a pleasant experience! The food is delicious and we can’t say enough about how the staff, the service is 5 five and they are very caring and accommodating.
We all have are on onions which respect! However we traveled to 5 star all adults resorts costing from $8000.and up to $14000. For us it was so refreshing to walk through the doors and be greeted by these wonderful ladies and guy’s. As a matter of fact we’re going here for two birthdays in our party, so looking forward to this. Hugs from the crew!
