Kids pizza was so good and the veggie burger is the best option for vegetarian people. Would definitely come next time.

If I could give zero star review I would. Absolutely appalling service from the manager on duty and staff. I ordered over a $100 worth of food, quarter chicken dinner festive deal for my spouse and I. The quarter chicken as tiny as my palm, with a loose bone and skin supposedly being the thigh part of the quarter chicken. This meal costed me $50 each with taxes for what could only be worth no more than $10. I was missing part of order too, I brought this up and was immediately met with “I packed your order it’s in there” as if I drove all the way to the restaurant again to make false accusation. The manager on duty had no customer service skills, not once apologizing. I was just met with rebuttals and excuses.

Would never spend a penny of my money at this location or swiss chalet in general. This experience has left nothing but a bad taste in my mouth.

Order a beef dinner with soup bowl. The beef was so delicious and the soup was so fulfilling as I was so hungry. Also, packed a chicken dinner for my friends and they like the food too. Would again come with my friends. The service was so fast and the ambience of the din in was so good.

The last two visits i ordered the festive special (roast bedf) the first visit the plate the food was cold no stuffing or cranberries and chalet sauce instead of gravy I sent it back and the replacement was barely warm and still no stuffing. Last night i again ordered the festive roast beef dinner it came with a baked potato which was warm, roast beef cold and a bun no gravy no stuffing no cranberries. This was after an hour wait. We have been going to this location a couple times a month for years but i don’t think we will go again

Wow is all i can say. People had said Swiss Chalet was going downhill but I never realized just how bad it had gotten. A colossal waste of $125. Portions were very small. The ribs tasted as if they were boiled with sauce splashed on them. Every single aspect of the meal was substandard. If it had of been an eat in meal I would have returned every bit of it. Huge disappointment. Too bad it cost $125 to find out just how bad Swiss Chalet has gotten.

Went to Harvey's the server Samantha was really good and kind very helpful to anyone she helped.

Every time I order from here they miss an item. This time they forgot 2 items. Happy Thanksgiving

For the third time in a month my order was wrong. Very disappointing because I love the food. I order 1/4 chicken white with Cole slaw. Really not complicated. Twice I received with no dipping sauce and once was dark meat. I don't enjoy without sauce at all, nor do I like dark meat. Just very disappointing after a long day working. Orders should be checked and double checked

A woman with no name tag on tells me that combos I get for take out here don't come with a drink even though I see one on the board in the picture with the food.lol, good help is hard to find I guess. 2 stars for lacking professionalism and poor customer service.

I would give a zero rating if it as possible. Ordered there this evening for pick up. When we picked up our order the food was not prepared the way we requested. It was also very dry and had no flavor. Also the rolls that came with it were hard.
I will never order from here again. Was looking forward to a nice meal for my birthday but got food that we couldn't even eat.

The place was full of different puppets which makes the place more lovely to visit. The staff is polite and friendly. Having facilities like washroom for males Rooster and females chick, something unique. I will deduct the points for the less variety of food. For vegetarians, they are only having the option of a burger. We tried the lemonade drinks the quantity was good and tasty.

Good quality food, quickly prepared. Unfortunately a coupon given for Christmas for a festive meal, with no expiry date, wasn't honoured. Told it stopped Dec 20th. No indication on the coupon that was the case!

Someone from corporate quality needs to get their head out their "sand" and start addressing this location. Poorly managed, terrible service and a reflection of a pathetic operation. Do not order take out here! People were screaming for money back including us!

Food was nice and hot this time around. Service was great as well. The only major issue we had was with the whole floor in the restaurant. They where very slippery to walk on. Not sure if it was the type of flooring or maybe what they used using to clean them. I feel it is a very dangerous thing for customers especially when they have mobility issues. I felt very uncomfortable walking to the washroom. Even in the washroom my feet kept sliding apart which made it very awkward to do what needed to be done. Something should be done to alleviate this issue before a major fall takes place. Would like to hear something back about this comment to see what is going to help resolve this issue.

Very disappointed in our meals tonight.my wife ordered the quarter chicken dinner and was only given a dozen fries with her meal, and I ordered the rotisserie wrap which was soggy, barely wrapped and not even grilled, and our fries were soggy to top it all off.it was a delivery order so I called the main st location and spoke to the manager who was very polite; he said that on our next visit we could get a free appetizer to make up for lack of fries and poor food quality.while this is very much appreciated the Main Street location has declined in quality since the merger with Harvey’s and they need to seriously step up their game or we will stick with the Dartmouth crossing location which is far superior

I have had better. Chicken was dry and lacked flavor. The roll was old. Could have used it to Breck out of prison. Fries were great.

I eat Swiss Chalet about once a week. They always have great food and I am so excited that they added Vegan Chili to the menu. I'm getting some tonight! Love Swiss Chalet

Placed a phone in order for rhe special at 4: 30 PM on the 14th and was told my order would be ready at 5: 15 pm. I arrived at 5: 15 and paid for my order and waa told the order was not ready. I aaked a couple of times more abd finally at 6 o'clock i asked for my money back and left. This is by far the worst take out in Dartmouth.

Great news, they finally brought back the? Actually what is the real name, finger bowl I guess. Or if you have small children, the free lemon soup.

Also the food is the normal Swiss Chalet standard with friendly service.

Haven’t enjoyed a meal quite like I did tonight! Not only was the food DELICIOUS but our server Bri was SPECTACULAR! I usually don’t feel as welcomed/taken care of as she had made me and my partner feel. More than a 5 start rating for me

It was okay.fries were hot & tasty but chicken seemed dry.and coffee refills are charged as another cup of coffee, which we were not advised of until the bill came amd the 2 of us were charged for 4 cups of coffee.

I was very unhappy with my order. The online order website is deceiving and I ended up with a minuscule meal for a heafty price. We won't be using this again and likely won't bother with Swiss Chalet again in the future.

Had the pleasure of having supper with my sister Feb. 1/20. We had Jessica as our server, who was very friendly. Our meal came promptly with a smile. As we were eating the manager Ryan stopped by our table to make sure everything was ok. This is the second time he has done this when I ate there. I really appreciate how much he cares about the service. I’ve eaten at this location many times before Ryan took it over service was hit and miss. Finally I took my business to Dartmouth Crossing location. I decided to give Main St a try again after renovation and was not disappointed. This place did a complete overhaul staff are great now. Ryan stopped by our table then too.

Thanks for cleaning up Main St. I love it there and the food is excellent.

They fit us (13 people) in. With no problem and food was not a long wait. And very delicious. And waitress Amy was wonderful.

Well the server staff are fabulous, kind and dealing with heating issues and cranky people the best they can.
The men's bathroom however, is disgusting. Management should have been out there talking to patrons as the environment was not cozy.
Perhaps offer a discount to your customers who braved the cold and the wait time.

Ew. Chicken often slimy and undercooked. Employees look miserable.
I know at least 5 people who have gotten sick taking a gamble on this place. Extra star because the dining area is kinda pretty.
