Had one of your best servers ever tonight. Hunter was so kind and attentive. Let us know when our food would be out, asked if everything was ok. Just genuine nice guy. I'm 60 and my sister in law 65. You are lucky to have him on your staff

Please remember the Chalet sauce that goes with the meal. It’s literally why I order from Swiss Chalet but it’s regularly left out of my order.

Wasn't a fan as a child if SC but old enough now to make them my go to BBQ chicken when on my travels around the Maritimes.

I've eaten here many times over the years, this particular Swiss Chalet location has the best people and service hands down. It really makes for a nice dining experience.

Rolled in to town late at night in August 2023 and decided to get swiss chalet for take out. We were there pretty close to closing so our expectations were low.

Ordered a few apps and quarter chicken as well as salads and dessert.
Everything was made quickly and quality was very good. Service was great, fast and friendly.

Great job, definitely recommend this location!

Had a group event tonight and was really happy with the event. The food was delicious, and good portions (chicken is super tasty). Our server Jennifer was excellent, polite and attentive, and a good sense of humour; truly appreciated her! Thank you for hosting us

Went to this location in new Glasgow for a family celebration tonight. Our waitress Jennifier was AMAZING! She was attentive and very pleasant, we loved her and SHE made our celebration extra special. The food was as also very good and fresh and hot! Thank you Jennifer and New Glasgow Swiss Chalet, I would say the best one in the province by far!

Minimum wage, SPLIT SHIFTS (that they dont mention at hiring), no tips to be had after the insane markups. I was hired as a part time dishwasher which somehow involved cutting 250 lbs of fries and making wings at 8am. Not the hardest job ever but also NOT gainful employment. If you enjoy poverty and working by a stop watch, this is the place for you!

Our waitress, Jennifer was phenomenal. We had a large group of people and she handled all of us very kindly and efficiently, all with a smile on her face! She was very intentional in making sure we all had what we needed

Julie is an amazing server. She really made us feel like we were at her house for a home cooked meal.

The 5 wings and half back of ribs with all the extra fixings was exactly what I wanted it to be!

The quality and taste has definitely changed over the last year. Rotisserie Chicken no longer has the nice color and flavor it once had. The chicken wings have also changed, and not in a good way. Very disappointed in our last 4 takeout orders. Change is not always a good thing, unfortunately.

I stopped in at about 8: 40pm. Great personable genuine staff. They helped me find a table with an outlet to charge my phone. Although they would be closing in 20 minutes, you wouldn't know it. The service was great and the food was hot and fresh.

Chicken was hot and fries were plenty! Service tonight was slightly off with a delay for ordering and no offering for drink refills.
Enjoyable dinner for the whole party.

We were up for a golf trip. We went for supper at Swiss Chalet and were lucky enough to get Skylar for our server. The meal was great but the service and the service was absolutely stellar! Thank you Skylar for a great evening.

I ordered a chicken pot pie with a baked potatoes with sour cream and chives and butter.
Picked up curbside.
Since when is a chicken pot pie dry? Next to no creamy sauce.
Also didn't get the chives portion of the sour cream and chives.
Disappointed

Fantastic memories of dating my wife at Swiss Chalet in 1964, still a great restaurant. I'll return to refresh the memories of days gone by.

Bet value for your money, food is excellent, restaurant and bathroom's are clean and the servers are friendly and attentive.

Takes too long for waitress to take order, then forever for food to come, now comes the wait for your bill, not the place for a quick meal.

The food is always exactly what is ordered! Amazing staff never had a bad experience; wait times can be a little long but only when the restaurant is packed and late at night so staff is low; but the servers are always so wonderful. On average food is usually really quick

We ordered out tonight the 1/4 chicken dinners (white meat). The meat was so dry we couldn't eat it and the wing part was burnt. The 1st and last time we order pickup at this location. We usually like Swiss Chalet when we eat in. If it wasn't so far, we would have returned them!

Always a pleasant experience dining there. Food is always served quick and hot, staff there are very nice and proffesional and the food is consistantly delicious. An all around great environment.highly recommend!

Food is the same everywhere. Staff can make or break. Very pleasant staff at this location. I love NS!
