Edited: after parts of an order were forgotten, management reached out and made it right quickly and followed up with staff. Great customer service, and our next meal was delicious, as always.

I expected the web based orders would be long wait experiences on mothers day. The staff kept everyone happy and patient. And the Chicken is always excellent

After a long night of deciding where to eat, we finally found home at Swiss chalet. We were absolutely delighted with our sever Livia. Excellent knowledge on the beer and wines and so glad she recommended the garlic cheese loaf. She was also extremely accommodating with my sisters food allergies. Hope to get her again on our next visit. 10/10 experience!

Consistently feel good location right from the moment you enter. Every single server is excellent, Angela is the Provincial and Atlantic Arm Wrestling Champion! There isn't a single bad server, they all care. Food is freshly prepared and always hot. The roast beef sandwich is excellent and a break from always ordering chicken. I wish swiss Chalet would consider serving real whipped cream as opposed to the chemical laden artificial topping. Great restaurant though.

Ordered a hot chicken sandwich for my 93 year mother as a surprise. Food was very cold. Bread was stale. Not much chicken. It wasn’t edible at all. Would never get delivery from this location ever. Mom went to bed hungry!

I would advise not ordering the fish & chips. I had something similar that were frozen not long ago. They were greasy and the fries looked like and tasted like they were double dipped.

This SwissChalet has the best layout and design of all the SC restaurants in NS.cosy, clean. On our visit last night the supper meal was flawless.with the only exception of one forgotten dipping sauce. Didn't mind that as the meal was tasting fresh and delicious.our waitress was friendly and and attentive.

Never a bad meal. Great service. Large quantities, great wings.
The servers. Well that's another story. The very best!

We had a lovely experience with the drive-thru today. Thanks Eric for being cheerful on this gloomy day. Food came in a timely manner and was very good. Always a great experience at this location.

A great experience always. Kind staff and a great atmosphere. There was one occasion out of many that I was missing one sauce, which is OK. Other than that 10/10

Waitress forgot to bring part of our order, then brought fries instead of mash potatoes as requested.and then to top it off, she added an extra meal to our bill. Good thing I overheard the people behind us question their bill and additional charges, as I then told my husband to check ours before he paid. Sure enough, ours was ALSO overcharged by $16.00.
