Staff provide fast friendly service, restaurant was clean. It's fast food no 5 star food.

The young lady at the drive-thru was inpatient and rude. Shouldn’t be dealing with the general public!
The burrito was gross - tortilla tasted like it had been frozen and thawed. Lettuce was wilted.

Had an issue with my order and discovered it when I got home. After a call, it was resolved quickly and amicably.

The KFC / Taco Bell in Truro is decent, the food is good, the service was good. The atmosphere inside eating there seemed interesting, too open concept with retro funky colors, I did like how when you went to order there was nothing in the way. Plain and simple. Little weird the pop dispenser was in the corner in a weird spot. Also no area to get napkins and ketchup etc.you have to get up and go to the counter.

A good fast food place you know what you are getting staff where good the only thing that let them down a bit was they had no chicken KFC was in the the same building they did but taco bell didn't good food for the price.

Tried the new Nacho platter (July 25th).

Staff on duty were helpful and courteous.

It was my first time having taco bell very Very skimpy which I sort of expected. It was fast fresh and was tasty I'd just need about a dozen of them lol. Drive though staff were ok could be a little friendly but what are ya gonna do lol.

It's.fine. It's Taco Bell, you get what you expect. The only issue is unfortunately the service. While the people are really nice like 50% of the time, I can't think of a visit in recent memory where I've gone to get lunch or supper for a couple of people and they haven't forgotten or messed up at least one major thing in the order. Either pull into a parking space to go through all your food before leaving or prepare to be disappointed when you get home.

Messed up my order and then got snarky with me when I went in to try and correct the mistake telling me I must not have ordered the right thing ect with SAS I would expect from a little kid getting caught doing something when I get the same meal everytime I go there.

Stopped by for our once a year visit as we passed through Truro on our way to the NS ferry. Never disappoints as far as Taco Bell goes.

Front end staff are super great and friendly but that back end kitchen staff need to work on it.

Found a nice gross black hair in my fires supreme, got our order messed up and wasted 30$. Lady was rude as ever as well.

Terrible experience. Didn't get one of my tacos when I ordered two. What's the world coming to when a man can't get the tacos he looked forward to the entire time that he was forced to Christmas shop in the mall. The one taco I did get was below average with 3 pieces of lettuce on it. Very sad and won't go here again.

This location is great until about 10pm late nights, when the quality of food lessens, and the service sometimes suffers.

The server we had was friendly and offered us a deal to make our food have a better value. Decently clean (as expected for a fast food restaurant). Food was as expected. No complaints.

I like the food, it's the closet to home, and dont have to drive to the city when I'm in the mood for a taco bell.

Food was really good for it's chain. Workers were top notch too; super friendly and accommodating.

Always love stopping in at Taco Bell when in Nova Scotia as PEI doesn't have the restaurant. Wish the company would open several locations on the island including in the town of Montague, because they would make a lot of money here.

I got Build Your Own Box. It was delicious and fresh. I asked to substitute pop with coffee.
The service was fast and friendly.
The place was clean and neat and cool in a hot and humid day in Atlantic, maybe the hotest day in summer 2019.
