I don't normally write reviews and it's a taco bell/kfc so you usually expect it not to be "perfect" but this is by far the worst taco bell/kfc I have ever ordered from, and im from Toronto and have been to countless of them.
They don't put people on the drive-through that can speak english or communicate properly and that's nothing against indians but like I said even in multicultural Toronto they have the common sense to put someone on drive-through that can speak and understand English. This lady was so annoying once I literally just said ok nah and drove away lol.
I feel bad for the cape bretoners that have only this taco bell location to choose from. The food is only good half the time and one time they served my tacos with rotten lettuce. When you pay for something and end up throwing it away it's sad for sure.

Good was subpar service was less than good and the atmosphere was stressful. The place was dirty and they wouldn't give me my order.

Very bad customer service specially folks on evening/night shift. Also around 8 pm they were rushing to close and do cleaning and empty seat explain people don’t like this outlet. Also we ordered combo and drink was not cold and did not had gas when asked they said everything is okay and latter accepted that they were out of gas so we had to buy bottled drink. Half of our Order was missing after waiting 20 minutes. We were told that the order was not placed. Not going to visit this store even it’s last open place in Sydney.

I'm vegetarian so I always get bean tacos, once I received beef by accident and they fixed it quickly for me I love them beans?

Everytime I ask them to switch out beef for chicken I get told NO even though it's part of the companies policy! This needs to stop and they need to be put in their place and reminded to follow instruction. This is ridiculous! What if someone was religious and could only eat chicken? ! Can you say law suit! @TacoBell you might wanna get someone down there to correct this!

Just ordered food from drive-through almost more than 40$. Received all the vegetarian dishes properly but Chicken Quesadilla got soggy in just 5 mins. Fries are soggy. No salt in fries as well as no salt on side.
Cashier was friendly but didn't not hand over the bill, expected the bill in bag but did not find in the bag either.

Horrible service, got worse every time I went there, place is dirty, trash bins are filled, drink fountain is never working correct, staff don’t seem to understand English very well or their job, this is the first time I’ve gotten to have Taco Bell since I moved to Cape Breton and this is not what I was expecting. Will be going to bk and other places from now on, won’t be surprised to see the place shut down soon.

It took forever and the order was wrong. But I could not return it because I live 120kms away.
