Great place, but it is next to impossible to make an appointment over the phone with them. It always says “line is busy”. I tried calling repeatedly for 20 minutes and got nothing on 3 separate occasions.

They're very kind and a life saver if you dont have a dr or 10hrs to sit in ER. However I really wish they could manage appointments better. This policy of calling and redialing until you hopefully get through while they have a appointment left is frustrating. They could at least implement a IVR to manage calls. Instead of expecting me to call until I don't get the busy signal.

The staff and doctors have been very good to deal with one-on-one. But they have a real problem with mangaging the scheduling of appointments. At 8: 30, you have to call and call and call over and over in a mad scramble to beat everyone else to the receptionist. 99% of the time you get a generic voice mail. You waste 1/2 an hour calling 30 or 40 times only to be told they are now all booked up. They don't seem to know, or don't care, how demeaning and frustrating this is for the public they are supposed to be serving. Obviously there is no financial benefit to them to fix this as it's been going on for ages. The better way to handle it is a phone queue where you are told what position you are in, and you can choose to hold to get through or not.
