Tatums was the first place I tried on dresses and I ended up purchasing my wedding dress here. They have such a good variety that it is so easy to find somthing you will love! They were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. They also have an amazing selection of accessories! They helped me pick out the perfect pair of earrings, vail and a belt to add a little extra to my dress. It was the perfect experience for finding my dress! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to a wedding dress!

As the maid of honor I’m so devastated my bride had to go through what we did this week with Tatums. My bride had borrowed a dress to try that was second hand but wasn’t set on it as she wanted the big experience and wanted to try different styles on, she had no money down on this dress. We booked a full 90minute appointment just wanting to try dresses on. We had a larger group and they did accommodate us well that way letting us have two extra ladies join. We were told no touching right away. Our consultant pulled great dresses and listened only to the bride which would be good with a big group. After we tried on around 8 dresses we still found they didn’t compare to the one she borrowed even though we didn’t see it in person. I went over and asked the consultant and Tatum if it was ok if we brought it in to see what she thought now. It would have been totally fine if they said no. They both said yes it was fine. We brought it in and she got into the dress. It was the one, we could tell, we wanted to try a belt and veil on but no one was to be found to help us. We did the belt ourselves since it was still on the table. I did find the consultant and asked for a veil but she said nothing and took dresses away. We did not have a good feeling after this and decided to leave. The consultant and tatum gave us dirty looks, did not help the bride out of the dress, did not say a word, took the belt right out of one of the bridesmaids hand even though we wanted to buy it. We did end up buying the belt and that was it. Nothing else was said. We had a FaceTime going the whole visit and even the ladies on FaceTime could feel the atmosphere was awkward and rude leaving the FaceTime early. Later on we all see on a Facebook story as a PSA to only book 90minute appointments if you plan to only buy a dress and book a separate appointment if we wanted accessories. We actually did book the appointment to buy a dress but we didnt find anything that compared to another dress, how this is different or wrong in anyway in mind blowing to me. I was a bride in 2020 and went to 3 different stores (2 I did not buy dresses at) and was never once treated this poorly. I’m so sad my friend has this to remember looking back on finding her dress. Shame on you Tatum.

Amazing experience. Purchased my wedding dress here. The staff was so friendly, welcoming and so knowledgeable on what looks good on each individual. Will recommend this place to everyone

Super helpful and kind. I forgot to call to let you know that I opted for another dress but by now I'm sure you figured.

Made 2 appointments (for my sister and I) which totaled an hour of time booked. We left after 15 minutes. The store owner was with us, she complained about her life and her staff, and wasn't helpful at all. It felt like pulling teeth to try a dress on, she didn't smile once. It seems people have good luck with her staff, but I personally wouldn't support her business.
