First off was charged twice in a row 80+ dollars to literally check my coolant level and tell me they didn't see any white smoke when there clearly was. Then was denied an inspection, an emissions test and then after having my vehicle for several days to fix a noise it appears to be worse if anything. I wholeheartedly regret my purchase, this has been by far the most painful vehicle owning experience in over 20 years, and I've only had it 9 months. All due to the local service center.

If I could give a Zero I would. Started our Escape this morning dash lighted up, warnings, not charging. So, we started calling at 9: 45am just kept getting the answering machine in service dept, husband left numerous messages. By 11am I messaged a Sales guy I know that works there, he was told us to call roadside to have it towed up to the garage. So we called roadside service they came at 1: 30 picked up my SUV. We called the garage about 3pm, to ask them if they had an idea what was what. They gave him this story that they had mechanics that hadn't returned from lunch yet and 2 cars still to look at. So, they probably wouldn't get to ours.
That answer didn't settle well with me, so I called and asked to speak to the Manager, the receptionist (who was nothing but very polite all day) directed my call to Steve the manager. I have left 2 messages on his voice mail. We just call the service dept again and the girl answers the phone and says oh he is looking at it now but probably won't know what is wrong today or know if it is covered under warranty until we are back in shop.
Well, long weekend they aren't back until Tuesday. We have the extended warranty 140000km or 7yrs my car has 67000km and is 2 1/2 yrs old. Can issue a rental or loner car until they know what is wrong with my vechile. I have never in my life had such a hassle reaching a business in my life. My whole family are Ford, we all deal with this dealership. Well, once they fix this we will be done with Taylor Ford Amherst. As my family sits here on a long weekend and we cancel our plans because someone couldn't answer a phone this morning.

The dealership was professional and very personable from the time I arrived to the completion of the sale. I would recommend that other places adopt thier attitude as it brings success

I bought 2021 super crew sport. Went in for oil change told rear pinion seal leaking. When seal replaced was over tightened causing bearing failure. The service department did nothing to help me. I had to get ford canada involved. My truck took 2 months they never started or moved it causing my rotors to rust on a brand new truck. All taylor ford would do is turn them which makes them show rust daily on a brand new truck. I dont have nothing bad to say about the mechanics but the service team needs fixed. I never heard a word from any service member the whole time let alone the service manager whom I've still never spoke to. Thankyou ford canada for stepping up.

Very understanding and caring people working at this dealership.
Based on my first time recent experience I was very impressed.
My concerns were taken seriously and I was kept up to date on the work being done to my car. I felt that the service staff was very competent also. They also took care to keep the car clean during the process. My particular experience was painless and to date the work done has been flawless.

Its the service department that keeps me coming back to Taylor Ford. Their scheduling takes my schedule into account, they do what they promise to do. The service department keeps me posted on anything to do with my car. I'll keep buying Fords as long as the service stays at this level.

As you know if you have to take your vehicle in unexpectedly it can be stressful bit the young lady in the service department was fantastic explained what was wrong with my truck booked a rental car and got me to work on time

The dealership was great! They worked with me to find vehicles to fit my needs, and we're so happy with the two vehicles. Having 2 vehicles makes such a difference. Looking forward to a long relationship with Ford. Thank you!

Have had my car in numerous times for a vibration in the driveshaft/rear end now to be told thats normal. Not sure how a vibration (and its bad) is normal. Last time it was in I was given the car back with the clutch not bled. Was in last week for a flywheel and 3 days later my transmission is leaking. Shes going back tomorrow! Had enough now!

Had an issue with the Ford.
Stopped off at Taylors and was told it was a stone stuck between the rotor and the disc.
No charge.

We are very pleased with our new Ford Ranger XLT! The service was phenomenal from John Hawker and Leslie Beaton! We had been looking and John went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for us after visiting other dealerships that didn’t want to do the same leg work. From finding and pricing it out and arranging financing to actually delivering it to our door in the Annapolis Valley we have been nothing but happy! Thanks Taylor Ford!

I can get genuine ford parts online with shipping cheaper than what the dealership price is. Usually about 50% cheaper. How does that make any sense

Second service with Taylor Ford and superb service yet again. Special shout out to my service advisor, Katie, for going the extra mile to ensure my vehicle received top notch service. On my first visit, she noticed I was working on my laptop in the customer waiting area and was gracious enough to allow me to work at an unused desk so I would be more comfortable. Hard to find that kind of customer service, very pleased.

5 star service very friendly people between sales (Krista Morey) and financing (Mike) they we're very professional and left you feeling that they would go the extra mile for you. Always a smile and consistently offered amenities. Any questions were quickly answered. They made the experience of buying a new vehicle Excellent! And not to mention (lucas) service manager who was great in giving me info that I should have a on my type of truck

I was totally impressed and satisfied with the service that I received recently at Taylor Ford, especially with my rep named Paul. In my opinion, Paul went over and above in helping me with my out of province issues, travel requirements, car rental agency and the need to involve my insurance company. At the end of the day, my vehicle was fixed and I paid $250 of what was an almost 12K repair bill. I know there were other people behind the screens also doing great work so I’d to thank the whole team!

Bought a brand new 2019 F150 Sport SuperCrew with tonneau cover. Tonneau cover snapped twice in less than a week, took over a month for the parts and broke again in another spot before I could even have the service done for the first repair. It's been over 2 months and still haven't heard from the service department as to what they are going to do about the faulty tonneau cover.

The sales rep seemed good until I told them I had chosen another vehicle from another dealership.

Suddenly goes cold and throws me guilt! Glad I made the choice I did. Not very professional. I would have sent them some business too ‍️

Not impressed with the service dept. The mechanic doing the tune up. Snapped all the spark plugs off and was obviously not very experienced. Very slow staff and over charged for everything. Anyone who uses this place be on your guard. You'd be better off taking it to a competitor to fix. Then dealing with this bunch. Good luck, the staff is friendly enough and polite. But.

My wife and I were looking for two cars and we were given phenomenal service from beginning to end by John and Les. We can't say enough about how easy they made it. I know we didn't make it easy on them but they never stopped smiling. We can't say enough about these guys. The service department is also great and they don't make up a bunch of BS repairs to jack up your bill. They are light years ahead of big city dealerships when it comes to customer service. It's a lost art. We will be coming back for years and years.

Our car broke down at the beginning of a road trip to Ontario from Nova Scotia. We called Taylor Ford Amherst and were told they could squeeze us in for a diagnosis that day. The service at Taylor Ford Amherst was excellent. The staff was kind, attentive, and thorough, and worked hard (especially Terri) to get us safely back on the road as soon as possible and for the lowest cost possible. They kept us informed throughout every step in a difficult and time-sensitive repair.

Pushy salesman, not at all easy to deal with finance dept. Purchased a new F150 supercrew, paid approx $20 000 more than quoted offered 4.99% financing but the next day it suddenly became 6.79%. Old truck was to be paid off 3 days ago.still not paid / has a lien

While on a family trip to the east coast we were struck by another vehicle on the TransCanada. Our Ford Expedition was un-drivable and required repairs. It was towed to Taylor Ford Amherst. Although there was a delay in delivery of parts that required us to leave the vehicle in Amherst and travel back to Ontario without it this was no fault of Taylor Ford. They were professional, courteous and empathetic towards our situation. Paul in service did all he could to get us back on the road and they even considered pulling the part from a brand new expedition but it was not compatible. Great shop and I would highly recommend.

Appointment to have tires reseated on rims. Ford factory installed Auto start has not been working, asked at drop off to have it looked at. At pick up was told they didn’t have time, take it elsewhere to be looked at. Another appointment was offered when I argued that it was a factory product. I declined and said I’d fix it myself. Spent 45 minutes online, to learn it was in valet mode. Took me 45 minutes to do what would have taken them 15 seconds. Very disappointed in the customer care. Unlikely I will continue to have vehicles serviced there.
