Tbooth wireless Cell Phones & Mobile Plans

I hope I gave them 0 star. That Indian guy (Akshay) was showing harsh attitude. He refused to serve me. As I requested to port my sim card. He said he is not gonna do that. Its my choice. Very rude and disrespectful.

I have recently visited tbooth and maahdi greeted us well and very helpfull. He told me some good plans and one of my friends got new phone and it was agood deal.
I would recommend everyone to visit this shop.

Had to purchase a new phone after dropping my old one in a puddle. Associate Mahdi had me up and running in a very short period of time, he was very knowledgeable and efficient in serving me. Worst service ever. The entire staff is rude. The lady who is the so called manager needs some customer service training. I wonder how this person is in customer service job.

Poor customer service! Bad experience with them as they simply concluded that they didn't sell the product that i bought from them two months ago, when i went for a service for the same product. Ridiculous that they could answer like that even without verifying. They Didn't even want to hear what i wanted, especially the lady over there at the booth. They act nice when you buy the product and when u go for service, its not the same. I would not buy anymore from them️

ANY IN STORE CREDITS IS ELIGIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS AND NOT THOSE WHO ONLY TAKE THE WARRANTY.
They will manipulate you into thinking you need to buy warranty for the phones in order to get the said store credit for the phone. (SCAM). 2, If you buy warranty and need any kind of assistance with getting your device fixed they do absolutely nothing but hand you a brochure and tell you to call a number? Terrible customer service. They will also tell you they’ll wave the $50 connection fee but from what others have stated in the previous reviews they NEVER go through with what they say leaving you with a bill that’s 3x what the rep explains to you in the store. Also the manager Tripti is a completely terrible salesperson with a very bad attitude. She will only choose to deal with you if she knows you are buying a phone. GO TO THE BELL / ROGERS store with your needs as those are actual professionals who know what they are doing. Tbooth employees have barely any experience with technology and it’s embarrassing to both Bell and Rogers.
