I got my nails filled with acrylic 10 days ago and one of my nails looks chunky. Also, the polish is literally peeling off. The woman who did them was getting fussy with me also, cause she got black nail on my skin and I asked her to clean it off and it smudged another nail so she had to fix it and she grunted at the fact that she did have to fix it. Definitely won’t be returning here.

Always friendly, never rushed, on time, competitive pricing, clean atmosphere. Loyalty program too.

I checked the website to see how much it would cost to get a manicure for my daughter. The price list on the website said $40. After my daughters nails were done. The lady who did the work went and asked someone else how much to charge. They asked how old she was etc. I was charged over $50 for something that took 15 mins of their time. We also sat in a chair waiting for 15 minutes not addressed and no one was attentive or said that someone will be with us shortly. The website pricing is just for show apparently. I guess they decide what to charge based on how they’re feeling that day. The place was not clean and was unkept. Will not be returning.

I had an amazing salon experience here! I wanted multicolour floral-tipped nails, and Lina did an fantastic job of working from my inspo pic and keeping the design unique and making the colours pop on my skin. Not only that, but the staff were also very kind. They also helped me to to take a picture of the gorgeous nails when we were finished! I am so very happy, and would recommend this salon to anyone.

I’ve had really good experiences here for the most part but I didn’t have the best one today, I asked for a design I have gotten before and it only took 45 minutes, today the girl I had took close to 2 hours and they don’t look like the picture I’m assuming she was new but it was not my favourite time

I was very disappointed spending $40 on this manicure and it chipped in 3 days.
Trouble checking in. Had no idea what I was having done to my nails or if I could get something different.
Wanted to ask for something durable but couldn't keep her attention. Kept leaving to answer door or phone or check computer.
Just left without saying anything so other staff guessed I was done. Would have liked even a protective top coat. Not the quality I would expect for a manicure.

I walked in sort of nervous to get my nails done at a new place, but i read the reviews and just made an appointment hoping for the best.as soon as i got there everybody was so friendly as soon as i walked in and i was greeted by the staff.i checked in and while i was waiting i got to pick my colours and when it was time to get my nails filled in and re coloured the lady i had was very carful, and took her time removing and shaping the nails.i love the outcome of them and i love how they put everything them have into the nails just to have a happy costumer! Prices aren’t too bad either and i’m just really impressed and happy with this service

Very very poor customer service, I believe they do not want clients. I called them to book an appointment, and the lady took all my details in terms of what I want to do, the date and time, name, phone number. She was so disinterested in talking to me, that I had to tell her the date and time 3 times. Post that she just said, give me your name and phone number and I will call you back to confirm, it was pretty weird to me, but I was like, okay. I called back again after 1 day, and she said she doesn't have my name mentioned anywhere in her appointment schedule, I said, I spoke to you yesterday and gave all my details, then she was like oh I called you but you didn't answer. LOL I was like, when you said that you don't have my name or details anywhere in your schedule, how would you even know my number. Then she was like, "we dont have any open slots for the time you're looking for". I dont know the reason of this behaviour, probably she didnt want to give me an appointment because of my accent/name. I dont know, but this was so disappointing. Would never ever go to this place.

I have tried many different places around the city and this was by far the best experience! My manicurist was friendly and professional, the facility was so clean, and my nails are gorgeous! Highly recommend!

I went to this place after seeing all the reviews. I got a regular manicure from the. From my understanding, a regular manicure comes with hand soak, scrub, hand/arm massage, nail-file (cut, clip) and polish. The person who did my manicure soaked my fingers in a bowl (size of a small soul bowl), cut and clipped nails and gave me a polish. Charged $25+tax for this service and this is their regular manicure. This is not my first time taking a regular manicure in Halifax. The service I got should be termed as express manicure. I'm disappointed. If you don't provide a full manicure service for a regular manicure then please don't name it as regular manicure.

The women who work here are amazing! So kind and so good at their jobs. I always get compliments on my nails. Their prices are great, they’re clean and efficient. I recommend them to everyone!

Got a full set of bio-gel nails done by Helen. She is amazing, so sweet and kind. Prices are well worth the quality of service you receive.

They know their job which is nails. They do nails really well but one of my friends had an experience with one of the nail artists there were she made a distasteful joke about people of color.

A great place! So far, we have been pleased every visit. So happy to be able to support them and have them make us feel so good.

I went today for the first time and I absolutely loved it! The girl that did my nails, sweet Lora was pretty patient with me and I appreciate it so much! Amazing customer service and I will definitely be going back for my next fill!
