Completely ignored by the one person there who was chatting on the phone. Good selection in the store, I left and ordered from Amazon.

Today this great worker named KHAN fixed my phone, and put a screen protector on. He did a great job and was super nice he gave me a good discount as well on my phone case! Love it!

Incredible experience. I have an older model phone that was in unrecognizable shape -The gentlemen completely restored it to new, as if nothing had happened. The customer service was above and beyond - I will only come to this shop for phone repairs from now on, and will definitely reccomend this service to friends and family

No frills, just straight to business, which I like. Replaced my s21 phone screen in roughly 2 hours. It wasn't cheap, but most places aren't. Overall I'm satisfied!

Brought my watch for battery change but they damaged the back, they are not professional watch battery replacement service, they could not put the back on and sent me away

It was a great experience, I thought I might have lost all my data due to water damage but then these guys saved my day not only that but these guys also bought my old phones in cash. This is my go to place if anything happens to my phone or if i wanna get any accessories. Recommended, Love it

Awful customer service. Asked for a screen protector and he instantly takes one out and starts installing without saying anything about it other than the price. Found out my fingerprint sensor didn't work with the protector afterwards and he starts blaming me for not asking him about it. Got a different one for the same price in the end (which was probably a rip-off as the first one was tempered glass and the second one wasn't). Clearly doesn't care about providing any help or informing customers in any way.

Excellent service by the representative. I got an amazing deal for my iphone XR repair along with a case and screen protector. Mobile repair was professional and time efficient. When I browsed the store, they had a pretty great deal for cellphones and various options for cellphone accessories. I highly recommend this place to all for quick and affordable service!

My phone stopped working.the apps would not open and the lock button wouldn’t lock my phone so therefore you couldn’t reset it.he had to take the battery out.i walked around the mall for 15 minutes and came back and was charged $80 for him to take the battery out and put it back in

Poor customer service. Was at the store on January 10 th 2021, at 13: 00. Asked the Rep.to install a glass screen gaurd for my iphone 12 pro max. The guy just rushed into installing the guard (didn’t clean the screen) and that resulted in air bubbles and dust particles. Instead of offering a another install, the guy just removed the glass gaurd he installed and gave me my phone back (with no screen protector on it). Customer service. Excellent

I went to this shop to get case for my Samsung phone. They had an amazing collection of cases and the staff was too friendly and trained.

Wanted a UV screen protector for my Note 10+. Tech ordered my protector with no deposit either, a week or so later he called me and installed it for me for no cost just the price of the protector! Excellent work highly recommend!

I came here because my samsung galaxy note 8 was not transferring data to my laptop or communicating with my android auto. Ahmed was more than helpful with brainstorming the possible issues and decided to try changing the charging port, he was completely honest about everything and explained that it might not be the issue but there is only one way to find out, so he ordered the port and contacted me when it arrived, I came in dropped my phone off, and it only took 30 minutes! After installing it the issue was not resolved, he told me that he always orders 2 of each part in case one is defective and I'm glad to say that the second one worked perfectly. I highly recommend this place because he is knowledgeable and honest about everything, moreover the fact that he orders a backup in case the part was defective saving you the shipping time!

Just found this gem hidden down the hallway of mic mac mall where the mall information on floor one is located but further down on the left side. The salesman was a great help and his prices are unbeatable. He sells everything from screen protectors to Cases to refurbished and used phones that even come with warranties. I'd reccomend the store to friends, family, and anyone looking for a great deal without high pressure sales tactics. I was amazed & my time spent there asking questions was met with kindness and knowledgable answers. 100/100 rating. Thanks for the help! Almost forgot that he sells chargers adapters and accessories of all makes & types. Check it out even if just to say hello & see his products, you wont be disappointed.

These guys Broke my phone. The manager claimed he could fix y phone on the spot no problem, got my deposit for parts and then put my repair off on the new kid that claimed he had not done the repair my phone needed in months, wound up with more problems than I showed up with.now my phone is unfixable thanks to telze. Id go some where else if i were you.not to be trusted
