Thai Express delivers authentic Thai flavors with a diverse menu of expertly crafted dishes. Excellent food and excellent customer service. My favourites are chicken pad Thai and general Thai mango.

Employee does not care for customers at all they are busy in phone calls. Went there just before 10 min of closing really bad experience with this store

A quick place to order thai food and can be find around canada. The food was quickly make but the quality of food still good and delicious.

Fast service and large portions. Wide variety of vegetarian and meat options. A little more expensive than other options.

UPDATED NOV 21 2021: I'm updating here again because every single reviewer is referred to an email service. I have contacted the email from the response below and still not received a response. It has been two full business weeks since I reached out.
I went here for lunch about a week ago and didn't have a great experience. The employee at the cash took a few minutes before even noticing that I was there. I ordered a green curry with tofu and there were a few problems. Right off the bat, the employee working that day took a few minutes to even notice that I was there. I was charged full price for my dish even though it was the discovery menu dish for that day. I also ordered an imperial roll with it and the employee forgot to give it to me until I asked for it. When I ate my curry, I also realized there was no eggplant in it and everything was quite undercooked - the peppers and onions were still basically raw.
I understand mistakes happen, but this wasn't a particularly busy time (I was the only person in line) and there were quite a few issues. I would have gone back and asked to have the dish corrected, but I had to start working shortly after. Hopefully this was just a bad day and not representative of this location as a whole.

Really fabulous, Amazing prices great quantity and handful of vegetables in it. Totally worth the price.
Meanwhile service was also fast and representative was fine with ofcourse finest dining area of the mall.

Ordered the tofu pad Thai with veggie sauce and received a totally unseasoned dish with very little tofu (maybe six nickle-sized pieces). I hate to waste food and tried to salvage it at home only to discover a hair in the middle of the container.
I frequent this dish at several Thai Express locations and this is by far the worst one I've had. What is the sense of a chain restaurant without consistency? !

The service is pretty rude and they frequently forget items. Done trying to have an order go okay with these guys.

The food is good so i give it three stars, the app is not working and hasn't for a long time so they lose one star, getting them to awnser the phone is near impossible so they lose another star for service.

Food is good, but price has been steadily increasing. They are pricing themselves out of a lunch option. It is disappointing that they are featured on an app, but do not have the scanner to use it.
