I met sales associate Chris to purchase a TV and soundbar. He and techs Marshall (Samsung) and Myles were so great at helping my wife and I choose the best products for our needs. These men were so polite, patient, and knowledgeable. Store manager Sherri popped by to provide assistance while we finalized our purchases. All in all, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Absolutely the worst products and the customer service.

I purchased a bed platform about a year ago as well as their warranty for about $800 and the bed is already making awful squeaky noises which makes it impossible for us to sleep on at night. I claimed warranty and they sent a technician over to take a look and he said the bed is built properly and there’s “no visible issue” to be repaired.
Now they’re saying that the issue I’m experiencing is a “normal wear and tear” which can happen with any wooden furnitures so it’s not covered by their warranty.
I went into the store and spoke to the lady at the customer services department and I asked her if they sold me a furniture that was going to last only for a year and she said that it doesn’t matter when the product was purchased as it can happen anytime as soon as the product is used.

So be prepared if you’re going to purchase any wooden furnitures from them, you will get a piece of garbage which going to break soon. You’re throwing your money out the window.

Never buy insurance on anything because it is a scam they are running as when it comes for us to claim they come up that you didn't report within 14 days where as after reporting it took them 7 days to send a person to look at the stain. Insurance on furniture and appliances is a scam don't buy it

Coffee table came with 3 defects which included 2 corners that have paint chipped and peeling. Extreme inconvenience to disassemble and return to warehouse then order again and return to pick up. Extremely disappointed in quality.

I bought a dining room table from the Brick in October. I took it home on a Friday and went to set it up on the Sunday. Upon opening the box I found that one of the legs had damaged hardware and the corner of the table was crushed. I contacted the brick Monday with pictures and an explanation and after more than two months of back & forth emails I was phoned by a sales person from the Halifax store informing me that my warranty claim was denied because I didn’t place the claim within 48 hours of purchase. Very poor customer service and even worse quality furniture. For the prices they charge there’s no excuse for this.

Looked at a sectional on the 27th and was told that I had until the 29th for the sale price, only to return today to see that it was a one day only sale and they refused to offer the sale price.

I can not say enough about the assistance given to my husband at the main store and to the assistance at the pick up warehouse. Courteous and prompt service with a smile. Selected and picked up same morning. Thank you Chris at main store Bayer's Lake.

I really love The Brick I've always order from here, this is my 4th time ordering from here. They are always very pleasant, even the delivery guys are amazing. My last visit I had Tanvi she was so wonderful she helped me find the right entertainment center for my home. Thank you for all you help!

Bad return policies they have over 600 complaints on the better business bureau. The staff there are sketchy with run around for refunds. Keeo your money with another shop. I got screwed over and their manager named Melissa was talking about lingerie and how she needs a man right at the desk. It was awful

My visit to The Brick was made delightful by the exceptional service provided by salesperson David. He truly turned my shopping experience into an absolute pleasure. David not only answered all of my questions and gave me information about product lines, he also let me browse at my leisure. He was a wealth of information regarding product quality and price. I started out wanting to buy one recliner, but because of David, I bought two! As long as he’s there I’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the Brick for employing such a knowledgeable and conscientious salesperson!

I have been waiting for almost a year for my couches to be fix! Brand new and having issues …. Can’t seem to get in contact with the contact person…. Have left many messages!

I have made 2 big purchases here, and the experience was always like we were the ones making them a favor. They look you top down to see if you're a rich person or not. If you're not (like us) they will just give you that look and tell you "yeah TVs are over there, someone will help you" then you get "over there" and there is no one. At some point a lonely and not that happy seller comes up and ask you what you need. You tell them what you want while getting that look again and when they find it, be ready to wait. Not sure what is the bureaucracy here but it takes a lot of time to close the deal.

And, on top of that, today (black Friday) we tried to purchase a TV that was really good price and guess what? No stock on that TV. Ok so what about the 2nd best deal in your black Friday? Also nothing.
Really? They probably had 2 units of each TV just to call out more customers.

Well guess what? The Brick wanted to call more customers but they just lost one. And I am pretty sure I will not be the only one.

We purchased a queen size serta box spring and mattress set, Sept, 2022. The mattress has issues! It goes down in the middle like a hammock. To look at the mattress, it looks fine, but different story when you lay on it. Contacted serta warranty, sent all the pictures they asked. Warranty denied. When you pay around $1000.00 for a mattress, you expect it to last a bit longer than 14 months especially with a 10 yr. Warranty. We have bought a fair amount of items at the brick, but with this kind of customer service, we will no longer use this store. So BUYER BEWARE!

The young girl was very plesent. She took the time with us as we shopped around comparing 2 items. She did up the best prices and made sure we had all the right deals. She also took the time to measure the couches to make sure what the sizes were so I could compare the 2. The store was also very friendly even when we came in with our 2 small dogs. Amazing job to the staff we dealt with today.

Our television broke and Tamvi was brilliant! She helped us get a new one and we decided on a really soft rug as well! Will definitely return to this location.

I was told the Table and chair set I was interested in was discontinued when I asked to purchase the floor model (at a discount) as they weren’t going to be getting anymore I was told I could just needed to check with a manager which was fine the employee comes back and says it’s not discontinued and his mistake which is fair so I passed on the table and chair set however as I’m walking out I hear the employee and manager discussing that the set is discontinued when I approached them to tell them I over heard what you said and why would you lie to me the manager quite literally runs away and there was a lot of backpedaling

Point of this rant is to share my experience with the dishonest employees and managers
