I've always had a great experience when visiting this TCP location! The employees are friendly and helpful and keep the store well organized. I love shopping here for my own little ones or if I am looking for a gift as there is always a variety of styles to choose from and great sales happening. I would certainly recommend stopping in anytime you are at the mall:)

Great store with excellent service. I’m not sure what these other reviews are going on about. They helped me find some clothes for my nephew and were very friendly

I love shopping at the children’s place! The staff are so friendly and helpful! I am a very indecisive person and they are always more than happy to help me find what I’m looking for! It takes the stress out of the shopping experience for me. Can’t recommend them enough!

Exceptional customer service and great quality clothing. I am always greeted promptly and kindly when I enter this TCP location! The girls are always willing to check for extra sizes and suggest items on sale. I love shopping here for my niece and nephew, and I always stop by when I need a baby shower gift. I love that they always have great sales in store. 50% at a minimum! If I’ve ever needed to return an item they process it quickly and efficiently for me. Thanks for a great shopping experience guys!

Terrible customer service worst shopping experience ever. I purchased a gift card and when i went to double check the balance of the gift card it was zero. No one in store could explain it. They refused to refund the money. The customer number that they give is for customer service representatives in the USA unprofessional and unhelpful. I have had to wait an additional 2-3 weeks to possibly have this issue resolved. Its a ripoff
