5 star restaurant quality food at a 3 star price. Outrageously delicious. Not the kind of food one would expect to find in such a small town like Port Hood. Consistently good everytime.

Excellent. Food is flavourful and well cooked. Great service. Smash burger, soup of the day, fish and chips were delicious. Bistro club was the only miss.

The blandest food I've ever eaten. When I complained I didn't like it, I still had to pay for the displeasure of eating such awful.

I am newly eating gluten free and was surprised to find that the fish and chips were made with rice flour. It was absolutely delicious! Handcut fries with seasoning, homemade coleslaw and tarter sauce. The service was excellent and attentive. Ambiance was cozy and comfortable.

Disappointed. Fries were small and crunchy. Sandwich bread was dry. Toodie, server, is always amazing!

Stopped here for a quick bite and everything was great! Beautiful location. Lovely service and really enjoyable food! Very happy we found this place!

My daughter had the club sandwich and said it was the best she had ever had. I had the soup of the day with foccacia and it was delicious:)

Although busy, the two waitstaff in there were doing a phenomenal job. Our server was Patricia, and she took serving to the top notch tier. Our food was exceptional, but her service and attention to everyone (and smiling to all) was what I’ll remember. Way to go girl…. You deserve a massive raise.

A very delicious meal! My husband had the special of the day which was yummy shrimps, prawns in a nice risotto, I had an awesome minestrone soup and a Ceasar salad. The salad had lots of kale which was the best ever! (I highly recommend a local beer, the Kitchen Party)

Great view of the water but totally lacking in atmosphere. Hamburger meat had a weird taste and hand cut fries were super greasy. Other restaurants on the island charging similar prices are providing significant higher quality and much better tasting food.

Overpriced and the food came in small amounts. It was super greasy and not fresh either, only went there because it was the only place open

Probably the best overall restaurant meal we have ever had and we have traveled a lot. They are great with food allergies too, and we have a few of them. HIGHLY recommend.

The pulled pork sandwich and fish and chips are amazing. Even if you don't get the (fantastic) seafood chowder, you should definitely order a biscuit.

The best chowder on cabot trail! The food was so fresh and the servers are nice. Its busy so expect a bit of a wait:)

They have a take out menu on their website. I called to do a large take out and they told me they're not doing takeout right now. After supporting them all throughout the pandemic whenever they were open, this is very disappointing. Not happy at all. Can't seem to see what's the difference in cooking a meal and bringing it to the table of putting it in a bag at the cash.

Best fish and chips on Cape Breton. I think that makes them the best in the world. Top that with great service. We go every year.

Lovely staff, pretty outdoor terrace, and good seafood chowder. Tea biscuit was great too! Kids liked the chicken tenders.
