The Dinner Plate

This place has the best scallops in town at the best price. Huge serving and cooked to perfection! If you haven't had them you have no clue what you are missing!

Hole-in-the-wall, mom & pop, or off-the-beaten-path don't do this place justice. Those descriptions are too clitche.

It's a local diner where friendly people serve excellent food.

If you're looking for a view or a waiter who describes the menu with words like paired, curated, or locally sourced; you've come to the wrong place. If you're looking for a fresh home cooked meal, drop anchor.

The food was disappointing!
They missed the mark on the seafood. The clams and haddock were fresh but the batter was very light and over cooked and so were the fries. Portions were small and the food had little flavor. Had coconut cream pie for dessert which also could have been a lot better. The taste was off not what you expect from a freshly made slice of pie The place was busy, food arrived to the table a bit slower then it should have and you could tell it had been sitting under the heat lamps on the line for a bit before our server brought it out. Value for your money wasn't good

I love the Dinner atmosphere. Had the most delicious broccoli salad and scallops with tartar sauce. Can't wait to go back!

Great food at great prices. The dinner plate has home cooked style food for reasonable prices. Portions are generous and the wait staff are very helpful.

Scallops were plump and cooked to perfection.unfortunately the haddock portions were on the small side and very fishy tasting, which isn't normal for "fresh haddock". Wouldn't order the combo again, but i look forward to a full plate of Scallops in the future

Friendly server, food came promptly, i ordered the cheeseburger platter and was kinda surprised that it was cheese whiz. Not that it was bad but definitely not what i was expecting

Should be noted on menu, or maybe change the name to Whiz Burger platter

Quaint & casual, caters to many local residents but so welcoming to visitors. Fast, friendly service, outstanding seafood! Try the scallops, you won't be disappointed! You can even support local artists by taking home one of many works decorating the walls.

Great service! The hot lobster sandwich is one of the richest food experiences I've ever had.

First time in and we will be back. Excellent service, great tasting food, well presented, good selection for all types of eaters. A thanks to "Chantal smart lady" for suggesting this establishment. Look them up, it's worth the stop!

Only complaint was no fresh lemon.
My husband has to have fresh lemon with his Scallops. Food was Great!

A place with a family atmosphere but nevertheless it needs background music and more color

One of the best feed of clams I had, and a good portion. Will be going back for more sometime even if it is a 2 hour drive.
