Had an e-bike problem that was dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a helpful manner. Staff extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a huge problem. I purchased my e-bike at a different store who promptly went out of business 23 days later. My bike was falling apaprt. I was screwed. Not only did the eBike centre help me their service was fast, they were flexible with my schedule, knowledgeable and fixed a fairly serious problem.all for less than $100. I'll get my next bike there without a doubt.

I have an iGo which needed some work done under warranty (a new motor)

I purchased an Emmo VGO Pro e-bike here in May of this year. It all started with a phone call and has been life changing for me. From start to finish Aaron was very knowledgeable and very helpful with everything from ordering my new e-bike, to questions about it's use, it's maintenance and battery management. Even after purchasing, I can call, email or stop by anytime with any and all questions and have always received a kind and helpful reply. I love that my e-bike is made right here in Canada, and is exactly what I wanted and needed. I have MS and experience leg pain and weakness with exertion. With this bike, I can use it like a traditional bicycle, or I can use one of five levels of pedal assist (it feels like someone is pushing the bike) or, when my legs start to ache, I can use the thumb throttle only and let my legs rest. It has been a real game changer for me and has given me a great sense of freedom that I have not experienced before. Owning an e-bike is a life changing experience. A gift to yourself that just keeps on giving. If you are considering purchasing an e-bike, this company is by far your best choice.

Excellent service! The staff is amazing. They answered all my questions I had before purchasing my e-bike and once purchased at the end of the day just before closing they took the time to adjust the bike to fit me. I would highly recommend this shop if your looking for an e bike. Thanks Again!

Wanted to purchase a new boat trailer. Their main business is boats, outboard motors and trailers. They also sell ebikes. I inquired about the trailer that I needed. I was quoted a price, but the trailers hadn’t arrived yet. I was told to check back, which I did. Trailers had arrived. I wanted to confirm the price, and the owner said “who quoted you that price”? I said “you did”. He replied by saying the price was $550 more than the original price quoted. I balked at that reply. He said, “if you don’t like the price, don’t buy the trailer”. I said goodbye. I bought a boat trailer for more money from another dealer. Then I bought an outboard motor from a different dealer. Now I will buy my ebike from a different dealer. I suggest that you do the same.

Aaron and the staff were fantastic to deal with and they are the reason why my sister & I decided to purchase our electric bike from them.

Nice place, though it doesn't have the capability of extending range with extra batteries. Ebikes run on batteries.
