Ice cream and cotton candy combo. The ice cream is very photogenic. It melts fast and results in sticky hands. Nice treat to enjoy by the harbour.

A complete gimmick. It's an interesting idea, but the cotton candy is just a nuisance. Very messy, wouldn't advise bringing your kids here. Customer service is pretty bad as well, but that seems to be the case with all lower end restaurants and fast food joints nowadays. International students maybe?

$23 for 2 soft serve icecreams with a bit of candy and a cotton candy that melted as soon as we went out the door is absolutely insane. I have eaten cotton candy my whole life, so has my cousin and between the 2 of us both our cones of cotton candy were less than 1/2 the size within 1 minute. I have eaten cotton candy at fairs with hotter temperatures than today and NEVER had cotton candy melt. Waste of money and very not worth it for 1 scoop of icecream and 2 candies.

Interesting ice cream fixings, they specialize in cotton candy and other sugary toppings. Good if you have a sweet tooth. They sell doughnuts, soft serve ice cream and scoopable icecream.

My children shared an order of "Seas the Day" and loved the ice cream. They also had a blast taking a picture with the cone as it had such a fun design. Worth trying if you haven't had one before.

Thoroughly enjoyed a couple of ice cream with my daughter she especially taught the cotton candy was a nice touch. Was a bit pricey, though but a high-quality ice cream.

This looked like a nice new ice cream spot, but honestly it was not all that worth it. It’s average, nothing wow. Soft serve with minimal toppings and cotton candy. Expensive for the portion. The choices are limited and they barely put any toppings on it. I expected more! It’s like a one time try type of place. The service was good and staff was friendly.

I've been dying to try this place and finally got the chance to last week. I LOVE the look of the shop and the branding and graphics. Fantastic for photos. There was a line but it took us less than 10 minutes to place our order. I got the "Seas the Day" ice-cream creation and my friend got the chocolate soft serve with sprinkles. We waited about 20 minutes after placing our order to get it. But when I got my ice cream I was SO impressed with the look and care that went into making it. It was beautiful. My friend's cone looked really nice too. However, they started melting INSTANTLY very quickly as soon as we got outside. It was literally dripping down our hands and onto our clothes and shoes. They hadn't given us any napkins either. I also saw others around me seeming to struggle too. My friend gave up on his and threw his out. I finished mine but it was so stressful doing so. Luckily a lady there had baby wipes to give us so we could wipe off. I am wondering if they are not keeping their soft serve cold enough. I'm giving this place 4 stars because for me it was worth it to get something so beautiful and instaworthy.

All I could taste was the cotton candy. The ice cream started to leak right away after they handed it to me. It hot everywhere on my hands and clothes. Threw it out eventually. Wouldn’t go again.

I’ve gone here three separate occasions and have been very impressed! Their big fog ice creams are super creative and tasty but they are a LOT to eat in one sitting.their cookies are 10/10 and their homemade hard ice cream is really good for the price.

It is a unique product, it cannot be compared. It's a bit pricey but it's not a DQ or McDonald's cone. It's what people don't understand.excellent location.there are many haters.the product is good.they need a huge trash can outside.

The soft serve was very good. We got an incorrect order, and the doughnut were tough and dense. Very disappointing for the price.

Went yesterday and was severely disappointed. From the looks of Instagram you get an experience but upon arrival we felt rushed to order and the staff wasn't good at offering suggestions or explanations of the choices. Saw a staff member blantantly roll their eyes as a child was struggling to make a decision for toppings.
I had a stroller and was passed my two ice creams before I even made it to cash which resulted in an obvious struggle to try and maneuver my way to pay. I was then offered a stand to place my cone in but it had already started to melt at that point which was before we even got outside. There was no offer for a dish or napkins as I was visibly struggling.

It was a hot day which I understand is beyond anybody's control but the lack of umbrellas outside in their seating area resulted in our ice creams and cotton candy all turning into a melted mess before we had the chance to enjoy it. Essentially I paid 39$ for soup.the mister moon donut was good it had filling inside that tasted just like the classic scoop of moon mist!

Overall it was just disappointing after looking at their socials I expected more from the customer service side of things.

Update: They have reached out and made amends to reconcile my experience and as a customer this made all the difference I will be back to try again once the humidity leaves Halifax! Thank you

Their ice cream was really delicious. They had an issue with the machine, which the staff was very professional and worked around. There was a very upset customer here who was causing a scene, and the manager did a fantastic job of defusing the situation. Top tier service

My son's ice cream took nearly 30 minutes to receive, was nearly $15 and partially melted before he even took his first bite. I felt bad for the staff, they seemed frazzled and confused. If you look at other reviews, this seems to be a common theme. Perhaps hire more staff?
