Travelling through and found this gem. Delecious pot pies, great desserts and the best coffee in Sydney.

Loved the atmosphere and all of the interesting things sitting about. I had an americano and it was good. Also had the chicken pot pie and it was very good. Good selection of pastries too. This was a fun place to stop!

Finally found a place in town that knows how to make an Americano coffee. Kewl atmosphere and a wicked stash of collectibles on the shelves. Fabulous little place.

Such a great place. The coffee and cappuccinos are very good. They also have some sweets and pot pies. Good seating which includes a patio in the warmer months. The prices are fair, and the service is fast and friendly. I'll be sure to drop in whenever I travel home!

Bought turkey pot pie and peanut butter chocolate ball dessert. Pie was absolutely amazing and going to order some for our boxing day celebration and the dessert absolutely melt in your mouth delicious I couldn't resist even though diabetic. Chicken pie is delicious too.

First time. Lunchtime, drove by and did a U-turn 'cuz the little cafe looked so inviting. Sooooo glad we did! The meat pies are truly amazing - so much so that we drove back to pick up 2 more for supper! Great coffee too. And then, to indulge, we bought a new apple-caramel cake dessert. Was deadly delicious! Oh, and such friendly service. These folks HAVE to franchise to Guelph Ontario where we live.

This is a nice little cafe, with really great sweets and drinks. It’s quirky, and has a really nice vibe. There are also some picnic tables outside, which was really nice whenever we would stop in on a nice day. The staff were always friendly

Unfortunately I have to say I'm horrified at the almond latte I just purchased from here.
It literally tastes like burnt, coffee flavored water.
We stopped on our way out of town, so unfortunately taking it back wasn't an option.
I don't know if this is what the coffee usually tastes like, but I don't think I'll be testing the theory anymore. For $6.60, it's very disappointing.

I only had tea and a sugar cookie it tasted great. But that place inside was beautiful the art and the paintings, that owner has great taste.

Fancy names for regular items. It was really expensive. I had to use a hammer to break my cookies into pieces before I ate them. Half the menu board was unavailable.

I can't believe I've never left a review on the Gaslight! One of my top fav places in Sydney. Best pies! If you see a lobster pot pie on the menu, or the turkey dinner pie, GRAB IT. Mac N Cheese pie! DONAIR Pie! Delicious coffee drinks, and beautiful fancy cookies made with love by an artist. I always get the hibiscus pear iced tea/lemonade. All Hail the Broke-eo Brownies! They are perfect 10/10. Its a super cute place to hang out and the owners are the loveliest.

We had the pies, so so good, then chocolate covered, coconut, and some other yummy stuff, the chef here's is a wizard

Just visiting from Calgary and have to say that I just had the best non-fat latte ever at this place! I've had their pot pies and treats before and everything is amazing! Everyone who works here is super nice and I love the roomy patio! You will always have my business whenever I'm in town!

Their pot pies are delicious I would highly recommend this place if you were looking to have lunch somewhere and The Delectable homemade treats in the Showcase are a must to try out as well

Gaslight is my favorite place to stop and get coffee, and I can't leave without one of their coconut oatcakes. Incredible service, amazing coffee, and I love visiting. Whether its for a meeting, grabbing coffee with a friend, or grabbing coffee to go, it is my go to!

Myself and a friend visited recently and we both loved everything about the experience! The ambiance inside is so quaint.you feel like you are entering their home, not their business. The owners are so personable and friendly.
Their sweets are to-die-for! I also took home 2 beef&ale meat pies to have the next day and they did not disappoint!
10/10 would recommend

We had our lunch here. The meat pies were lovely. There was lots of meat and filling. The light and flaky phyllo crust was decadent. The coffee was flavorful and full bodied. The brownie dessert was delicious. We will be back.
