40$ plus tax for a 10-15 minute haircut for a 7 year old that's insane we booked two haircuts in August with the same person and it was around $60 with $10 tip.

Raise your prices whatever you want but when someone calls to book maybe let them know of the price increase

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dale after a last minute appointment I had made. He worked his magic and gave me an awesome money maker He is very charismatic, funny and interesting to talk to. I would highly recommend him for color and cut.

My son just got his haircut here and I'm upset. He's 16, loud, and is autistic. He's very sweet but gets super excited in a new environment. While there, he yelled twice for a few seconds and the male hairstylist said that if my son continued he would end the appointment and kick him out. Honestly, I'm disgusted that someone would have the audacity to threaten an autistic kid. There is absolutely no way I will ever go back there and I hope this guy receives training in customer service. Do better. Anyone with special needs kids, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE!

Great, friendly atmosphere. I think they overcharged some on our last visit for a bit of bleaching on 1/4 of my son's hair, but usually fair pricing.

AVOID THIS PLACE. My partner got a half finished 100$ haircut and style thats shes to ashamed to post a picture of. She also asked the stylist if she was finished and the stylist replied “Thats about all i can do sorry” LIKE WHAT! Really disappointed

I've been going to Dale R.for years. He's great, he remembers what I like and don't like, gives honest opinions and suggestions. I'm always happy at the end, whatever I get done.
Today, I went in for a bit more of a cut. Showed him a picture/video, asked his opinion if it would work on me and a couple minor adjustments and bam! I've got another managble awesome hairstyle.

The head shopp was my very first hair salon that i went. Marvellous job done by Mae. She is an angel. Gave me what i wanted. I was so nervous but I trusted the process and left the salon super impressed and happy. The entire staff was super friendly. Love the ambiance.will definitely go there again. Can’t thank Mae enough (Tekara). She understood the assignment…. Thanks again:)

Worst mistake ever. My hair is horribly crooked. I will never go back. I now have to go elsewhere to fix it. Very disappointed.

Just got my hair cut and color done and really pleased by how professional they are. Amanda is amazing. She has so much patience and love for her craft. I am just loving my hair. Definitely going for my next to her.

First time getting my brows done there and Jillian did an amazing job, I will definatly be booking with her again in the future.

Today was my first haircut from this shop. My stylist was VERY inexperienced, often pulling my head in various directions, and arguing with me on the length of my hair, which itself was far too short for what I paid for, which I did bring to her attention. She took WAY too long doing the job and finished with an overdone product that didn't warrant a tip. If you seek a chop, pass this Shoppe.

Took my daughter to Kae who has been a fabulous experience. Very informative, answered any questions we had, and very friendly. We had my daughters hair coloured and styled and it came out soo good! Highly recommend Kae here. Keep up the great work!

Went to get my very curly hair styled for a wedding. Once the stylist understood my curls, she had a couple of suggestions for a nice style, and it looked great all day!

Everyone treats with respect and dignity. Everyone is treated as person and not a number. Colleen is my stylist.

The front desk staff failed to check me in for my appointment when I arrived. They also didn’t tell the hairdresser that I was there, despite me waiting in their lobby for the better part of a half hour. When I followed up with the desk, they told me the hairdresser had gone for a cigarette break and wouldn’t be able to fit me in when she got back because she had another appointment booked.

Coming here for the first time was a great experience! Kay was the hairdresser who did my hair and they were overall fantastic! They were very friendly and did a lovely job, and so I would very much recommend this person to anybody!

Megan B.is an absolute dream! She always listens to my tales of hairstyling woe and helps me get just the right cut, shape and shows me the best way to style at home. I trust her 10000% with what looks great for my skin tone and face shape and she never disappoints. If you can, try giving her a budget and letting her have free reign in the cut and color (after a few getting to know you appointments so she has a good idea of your likes and dislikes). She has done stunning work the last few times for me, creating Instagram model worthy looks using colors I’d never though to use before. I can’t recommend Megan enough to anyone who wants to look their absolute best!

I had my hair cut & colored a few days ago by Stasia. I haven't been this happy with how a stylist did my hair in years! She was very kind & sensitive to the fact I have thinning hair on top. She went above & beyond to find products which made my hair look thicker. I've been getting compliments that I look younger & that it looks good! I'll be staying with Stasia! So happy! ️

I'm typically jaded from going to the hairdressers because I never feel good after I get up from the chair, which causes me to cut my own hair, but Colleen Boddy listened and asked what makes me happy from the reference pictures I showed her and she DELIVERED. She even offered for me to call and come back for her to fix it if I got home and I found something I didn't like about it. She walked through all the steps and process that she was going to do for my hair and asked if using certain products was okay. That made me feel welcomed and comfortable! You guys definitely have a key player on your team! Thanks Colleen

UPDATE: I was quickly called back from the salon manager and she got me back in the following week with Jenna! Jenna was amazing, she fixed everything up, and I left feeling amazing. I will only be seeing Jenna from now on! Thank you for making things right!

I have been visiting the Mic Mac Mall location since I started working in the mall almost 2 years ago, I was happy with every visit until yesterday. I felt like the hairdresser would not listen to what I had wanted. I wanted my hair short than he cut it, and he told me things like “I would regret cutting it shorter” and “It looks cute like this”. After he was done with the cut, he asked if there was anything else he could do, I said I’d like it straightened but he told me he didn’t have time. So I left with half wet hair. This was confusing to me because when I got there he thought I was getting a deep conditioning treatment as well as my cut, which I didn’t want the deep conditioning (and it wasn’t done), so should there have been time to finish, shouldn’t there? I don’t think I’d come back after that experience.

My 14yo had a hair cut with Stasia and loved it. The staff were all friendly and super accepting. Ebony walked away with a nice hair cut that met both of our requests. Stasia listened to what my expectations were and to what Ebony wanted and it came out great.

I don’t remember my stylists name but he did and amazing job! I was super excited to go short after getting headaches from my hair being too long, he did a fantastic job and was super kind and funny!

First would like to say the Stylists are fabulous. They are expensive but the quality of hair treatments, colours, cuts are amazing.

My problem is with the disorganization and excuses of front desk in recent months. I confirmed my appointment via text, confirmed evening before (they called me) and even called first thing in the morning today. I arrive for my appointment saying they had been calling me since yesterday and only got a dial tone. Cancelled appt. Things happen but not able to reach me. Mmm funny since I spoke with with them on my only phone I have with no issues yesterday and this morning. If calling since yesterday why was I reconfirmed this morning? !?

Complaints from previous employees some whom had left for many reasons but one is revolving door of front end staff. Fortunately I can follow those who left to their new salons.

I liked the spa and stylists very much but I am just tired of these service mishaps. I feel like they just didn’t call. This is the third time since January where there was a miscommunication regarding appts and times.

I do not wish to be contacted to discuss further as my business will be elsewhere.

Was really wonderful with my son, haircuts are hard and she made it seamless.for both of us! Highly recommend and will be going back again!

Ben listened carefully to what I wanted, examined my hair before washing it, asked for clarification during the cut and dry, and it turned out exactly as I wanted. He was friendly without being too talkative. I was very pleased.

I am disappointed, while I like the work of Coleen I have been having a hard time to get my scheduled appointments. Last week she was late, by 45 min.and I had to leave as I had another appointment. Was rescheduled for this afternoon at 2: 45 to be told when I showed up (a bit early as it is my practice) to be told she was not in this week. Another appointment was offered for 3: 30 but again it was not convenient. This is not acceptable.

They were able to squeeze my bridesmaid and myself in at the last minute. Meg and Kay did such an amazing job on our hair and we had such a fun time with them.

The hairdresser (too bad that I can’t remember her name). She was very kind to me, I am very happy about my hair. She did a outstanding job. I really recommend headshoppe to all my friends. It does worth going there. Thank you

Amanda did a great job on my daughters hair. They were able to get us in last minute, and finished in a timely matter. She wasn’t very chatty, which is something I prefer in a hairstylist!

Went in for a quick trim and style and they accommodated me within an hour. The price was so cheap I tipped more on top of my payment. Awesome staff and props to my hairstylist.

Coleen Boddy went to her with my hair all damaged had an extension that was put by someone else. My real hair was nearly gone and the remaining was burned. She is a very nice young lady she did a treatment to my hair and gave me a beautiful hair cut started feeling again my hair will be back. It really made my day. The cut is amazing and the curling too. Highly recommend

Dale is the best. I love this crew and they take great care of their customers. The new barber addition at the back is also very cool! I’ve been a client for years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. ️
