The Head Shoppe - Bedford

I am so upset. I always go to this head shoppe to get my hair done. The day before my daughters haircut they call me to cancel. This was her back to school hair cut. I can not find another place to take her. They didn’t even try to fit her in anywhere else. Terrible terrible customer service. I will never return there again.

Almost a week later and still waiting for someone to reach out to me

Hanadi was amazing, best haircut I've had in years. She was kind, efficient & helped me understand the products I need for my type of hair. Will definitely be coming back!

The hair cut was fine, but I didn't like the attitude of the person who did my hair cut. I will visit again but will prefer another hairstylist. I told the same to the staff at the front desk.

Booked the wife for a cut and dye job drove an hour too the shop for the worker to give every excuse why she couldn’t do the job when we would counter her objections she made another excuse then just said I don’t want too risk it don’t use this location if you actually want the job done waste of time money

Clean and tidy salon. Wasn’t very impressed with my hair stylists though. She was very rough with my hair and yanked quite hard. Was worried my scalp was going to be ripped off

The girl (Lauren i think) didn't speak a word throughout the 1 hour I was there- not even courtesy sake how my day was or anything. The haircut was dissappointing.anybody who looked at it said didn't see any layers and it ws dry. The only solace was the manicurist. Lovely lady and kept me entertained. Never going back for haircut.

This is absolutely my favorite Head Shoppe to go to. The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. I had the guy cut my hair last time and he did a fabulous job! Left feeling extra pretty like always! Highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I visited this branch for cut and color. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the cut and the color exactly how I wanted. I am not satisfied with the service I got from the stylist at Head Shoppe at Bedford. The stylist was literally forcing me to buy their products too, it was clear they only care about their money and not their clients.

It’s the second time bringing my son to see Allison. She is very good at what she does. He loves his cut and normally is quite picky with hair cuts.

Everyone here is amazing! The service is excellent, they go above and beyond expectations!

The lady who cut my daughter’s hair was excellent with her. Very good with kids and a good stylist and quick (which is good for kids who can’t sit still!)

Rachella is my stylist, and she is fantastic! Beautiful person, friendly and positive! And, my haircut was awesome! I get so many compliments! I highly recommend Rachella if you want a fabulous experience!

My experience was a pleasant surprise. I was able to get in quickly with an exceptional stylist. Robert gave me what I asked for but also "advocated" for my hair. He clearly and respectfully communicated the limitations of my hair. He explained why some treatments/colours might not be a good idea for my particular hair. Robert clearly understands hair, and how to keep you looking great after you leave his chair. Wow. Thank you Robert. I will definitely be making another appointment.
