I have come to the Headshoppe for many years. Amy has been my contact for years also with one short break on her part. We resumed and I’m so very happy again. Great service all round. In the chair and at the desk.

Went in Friday for a haircut. Chick was suppper nice but Once I got home and straightened my hair. I realized how badly she butchered it. Hoping to get it fixed this week.: (

I was booked in with Taylor to transform my blonde highlights into a light brown colour but I was unsure if I would like this drastic change. When I got there, Taylor suggested that I go with a dark toner instead of going right into actual hair dye so that it would be easy to reverse if I decided I didn’t like it. She is very skilled with her work and did an amazing job with my hair. I love that she was so knowledgeable and considered all of my concerns. Will DEFINITELY be going back to her for my future hair services!

This is the second time I booked an appointment for this location after having a awful experience at the Farnham gate location and they had me booked in at a Dartmouth location! Headshoppe, do better! I have completely given up with this awful chain and will never go back to any location again!

I had an extremely bad customer experience. I booked a haircut for my toddler and it was cancelled upon arriving at the salon. Now I did call the reception beforehand that we would be late by 10 min since my toddler woke up late from her nap, so should we be okay to come for the appointment. And only after getting a go ahead we reached the salon to find out that the stylist wont have enough time for the haircut. I found this extremely unprofessional. There was absolutely no courtesy to ask for rescheduling. Just fyi, my toddler got her haircut the same day and in less than 15 min elsewhere. Thank you.

Ok. I requested I hairdresser level 6 because of bad experiences there. Well another bad experience. I was left with a haircut that at thr saloon looked ok but now with the passing days I see my hair was butchered not cut. Definitely I am not coming back.

I only gave them one star because you have to. I had an appointment for 745 this evening. I was informed the hair dresser had called in sick that morning. They said they called me, but there was no message and their number wasn't in my call history. I had to arrange child care for this.
There are tons of salons to choose from in this city. I won't be back.

Very nice place, great experience all the time when I visit there. Very professional team from reception to hairstylist.

Went to get color and highlights done showed the stylist what i wanted and didn't receive it. Wrong color and i can't even see my highlights. I definitely won't be going back to this place. I called to see if it could be redone and they said nope.
