The Head Shoppe - Truro

Worst place ever! Took my daughter in, asked for someone who was experienced with curly hair. Was put with a new the new stylist there.
Ask for a trim and a bit of long layers.he completely butcher her hair.took off more then to 2inches. So short now she can't even hide it in a ponytail. Will never go back there!

My wife went in for a perm several weeks ago, thinking she had gotten an experienced stylist, the stylist messed up the perm then she got charged master rates and then 3 days later the perm went straight in several spots

Came to get nails done for 5 people and website and when you call it says they are open but they have the gate down and no one's there. Very disappointed in the false advertising of hours. Drove over an hour to get there

First time that I have met Liston. He's funny and a great conversationalist. He loves volume, so I had to rein him in as I did not want to look like I came out of the 80's, however he was comical and I will go back to see him

Was in to see the esthetician. She was wonderful and as I was a new client, really took her time to get the color right

Wife had a Perm there, found out when it went all straight the stylist was unlicensed. They never told her she was getting a Jr.stylust.

They are very rude and snobby. The woman at the front desk has such a bad attitude. Me, my mom, and sister had to leave. Do not go to them. I gave them only one star because I had to

I called at 3: 30 see if I could make an appointment for my daughter that evening. They told me to walk in, as that’s how they do it.
We drove to the mall, and they told me they couldn’t accept walk ins.
Maddening!

The staff is all just so welcoming and nice! The lady who did my eyebrows (her name is Vanessa) was so easy doing them and she also did exactly what I wanted done. I 10/10 recommended coming here!

Wendy was my stylist. She colored my hair for me and she was excellent! She did a fantastic job and I would happily visit her again. The salon itself was nice, clean, comfortable, and had a good atmosphere.

Shayla is a great stylist and very knowledgeable about all the hair products. She is very passionate about making clients comfortable during their appointment and looking their best when they leave. I LOVE the Head Shoppe in Truro!
