The Lunenburg Inn

Our stay at Lunenburg Inn was fabulous. Our room was perfect, quiet & comfortable with all the right amenities. The downstairs common room was decorated beautifully and comfortable, great place for coffee &/or reading. Breakfast was definitely worth it with large delicious portions & great company. Thanks so much for your generosity & the great stay!

Fabulous stay with a welcoming host. The rooms are meticulously prepared. We had a stress-free checkin process and enjoyed the wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Location is convenient. 5 - 10 min walk to restaurants and shops.

Lisa went above and beyond to look after us during and after hurricane Lee. The Inn is ideally located for visiting Lunenburg and surrounding area.

First time in Nova Scotia and staying at a bed and breakfast and it was great! Lisa was a wonderful host. She was very kind and helpful with what to do in Lunenburg. We stayed in Suite #7 and it was very comfortable. The breakfast and apple cider were amazing! I would highly recommend and hope to stay there again next time I'm in the area.

This was our first time in aB&B. Would definitely recommend. Lisa is a wonderful host. Very kind and positive. Also very helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and very comfortable. The next best thing to being at home. And makes some the best breakfast I've ever had and the best coffee I've ever had.

I will grade this Lunennburg Inn a 10+. Lisa, the super hostess, is outstanding. She helped us with the luggage; provided us with home made cookies and tea for relaxations; Recommended us to the nicest restaurant to eat dinner; cooked us the most scrumptious healthy breakfast. What is more we should ask for from her service? Lisa and staff are very sufficient in carrying out their rental for us, nice and simple. Location is great where the Inn is close to all the nice restaurants. The room is very clean. Property looks nice.

Our first experience in a B&B Inn. Fabulous! Lisa is a wonderful host, and very helpful. The Inn was clean and loaded with charm and character. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to walk to the harbour and shopping areas. The hiking/cycling trails directly behind the Inn gave us the opportunity to rent bicycles and go exploring. Our breakfasts were outstanding, with the best coffee I have ever tasted! Highly recommend it.

Super clean and very comfortable stay. The room had everything you needed. Lisa is a lovely host that is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and will steer you in the right direction on where to go/ see in the charming town!

After a last minute hiccup with the place we were going to stay, we found a room with Lisa at the Lunenberg Inn for three nights, and it made all the difference. The Inn is lovely and comfortable, the food was delicious, the location was great and Lisa is a wonderful owner. We always take our bikes with us hoping to find a nice, dedicated trail. Lo and behold, the Inn sits right on a great trail! We highly recommend a visit and we will be back some day.

After mangled airplane and train schedules, we arrived very late at the inn. Lisa had let us know where to find the key. We let ourselves in and slept like the dead in a room that was at once spacious and cozy. Next morning, tea and coffee early, then a lovely breakfast on the porch. It included a delicious coffee cake and plenty of fruit and protein. Despite having a full house, and staff to manage, Lisa was calm and friendly. We learned about her Cape Breton roots. Her inn was the best way to start our vacation in Nova Scotia!

We enjoyed our stay at Lunenburg Inn. The room was comfy and well appointed. Relaxing on the upstairs deck was quite fun after a heavy afternoon of music at the folk festival. The breakfasts were delicious and were so hearty we were set for the day. Thank you Lisa for accommodating us so graciously.

We stayed two nights. It was the best stay on our trip. Rooms are very clean, you are close enough to walk downtown so
the location is great. There is a bike path right outside of the inn. Lisa is a wonderful host who can answer any questions you may have & finally the breakfasts are delicious!

My husband and I stayed for a night on a road trip. The room was lovely and Lisa gave us dinner recommendations after showing us our room. Close enough to walk to the waterfront but without the noise and free parking. Breakfast was 3 courses of yum! Definitely recommend.

Lisa runs a lovely Inn. The rooms are charming and comfortable. The Inn is clean and the breakfasts are delicious and filling.

Wonderful inn, location is perfect for short strolls to restaurants and attractions. This is why you choose an Inn rather than a hotel.

Well worth it. This cozy bnb has a delicious breakfast each morning, well kept rooms, and friendly staff. It's mostly quiet. The only con I can provide is that it is next to a busy road in Lunenburg and traffic can be heard driving by in the front room we stayed in.
