We so enjoyed our stay at The Maple Inn. A wonderful innkeeper, a cozy, well appointed room full of history and modern conveniences melded together seamlessly, a warm, comfortable inn to explore in a town full of surprises, and best of all, an AMAZING 3 course breakfast to fill us up before a day of hiking. Couldn't ask for a better b&b and Paul made our stay in Parrsboro a memorable one. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience! The room was beautiful, the food all made from scratch and locally sourced (presentation amazing) and the Host, Paul was fun and helpful!

Would recommend anyone going to Parrsboro to stay at this place. We were travelling from Ontario and were only here one night but I wish we stayed here longer. We booked the cliff tower suite and it was beautiful. It has one master bedroom with king size bed, another room with twin beds and 2 bathrooms. Paul, our host made breakfast in the morning which included a scone and jam made in house from scratch, along with French toast. The host and staff were also very kind and helpful.

Once again, another great stay at the Maple Inn. Thank you so much Paul for another wonderful visit and breakfast!

We would absolutely stay here again. We stayed in the anniversary suite, which was very spacious. The inn has a lovely communal space for guests to relax in. The owners have made this inn a very warm, inviting, comfortable space. The breakfasts were made with care and one of our highlights! Second only to the afternoon snack surprise. Paul was friendly and helpful with tips on surrounding areas. It’s a short walk to a couple of nearby restaurants and the main street. We stayed for 3 nights and filled our time easily.

Beautiful spot, very quiet and clean. Friendly service with a delicious breakfast. Parrsboro is a quiet place overall but location of inn is great if you want to wander around.

We spent 2 nights, more importantly, 2 breakfasts, at the Maple Inn. It's an elegant, yet comfortable place. The food was excellent! It was conveniently located - walking distance - near dining, shopping, and various attractions.

I was driving through NS and this was by far my favorite inn! I felt safe and completely relaxed. Every detail was thought of from the welcome cookies to the popcorn that M. Aitken made in the evening. They have a good amount of board games if you're there with a gang. Very hospitable inn keeper, willing to sit and chat about life if you are! Who knew there was such a thing as a 3-course breakfast!? It was delicious!

We have stayed at the Maple Inn every time we took courses at the ArtLab.
We had the greatest room (Sir Charles Tupper)
Provided with the greatest breakfast and found the room cool, even with 30 degree heat outside and no air conditioner. Paul was a great ambassador for the town.

Room was clean, bright and airy. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts were charming!

The maple inn was such a lovely experience in Parrsboro. We chose to stay here for its central location to several Bay of Fundy sites and attractions. We appreciated the advance email letting us know to make dinner reservations- very helpful! Walked to dinner each night.

Mackenzie and Paul are lovely and kind hosts and you can feel the love in this inn. We stayed in the boyles suite, it’s so pink and pretty! The bed was so comfortable after a long day of exploring and the evenings were quiet.

Breakfast was fun and we appreciated my allergy was considered.

The Maple Inn is FABULOUS! It is so welcoming, charming and well appointed. Each room has its own personality, you really do feel quite at home. Paul and the staff are so friendly, kind and helpful. Paul's customer service skills are impeccable. He reaches out to you before the trip to see how he can help make your stay at the Inn as lovely as possible. He also sends out tips to consider during your stay so that you can plan accordingly. The breakfasts are to DIE for. Paul has the best scones hands down and makes the best breakfasts! The highlight of each day of my trip was finding out what Paul had prepared for breakfast! I highly recommend the Maple Inn if you are staying in Parrsboro. I will definitely be staying there again when I am next in Parrsboro!

Everything about the Maple Inn was delightful. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable, the complimentary freshly-baked cookies on arrival were delicious, the spacious outdoor deck was a peaceful place to take in the evening air, the host was thoughtful and most gracious, the three course breakfast was scrumptious, the round-the-clock availability of free coffee, tea and popcorn was most appreciated, and we will definitely be back! An unqualified recommendation.

Amazing! If you're coming to the Parrsboro area, this place is a must-do. One of the best B&B's I've ever stayed in, with probably the best service I've ever received. The host, Paul, was very welcoming and even stayed up late just to welcome us. He accommodated the need for gluten free food impeccably, and my severely celiac mother was able to safely eat an incredible meal. Food was so delicious and ingredients were fresh, we were told the yogurt was homemade! House has a fascinating history and is well maintained. Ask Paul about his impressive musical background, you'll be surprised! Great experience, would love to go again.

Beautiful inn. Parrsboro is a lovely little town. The room was clean and decorated beautifully. Shortly after checking in we had fresh from the oven chocolate chip cookies delivered to our room. The owners of the inn are so welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Best breakfast we've had from a B&B. Great place to stay!

Wonderful place, wonderful staff, and the best breakfast i think ive ever had. Stayed here to split up my trip from sydney to cape chignecto. Will defintely be back!

This is an absolutely gorgeous and interesting country inn that has an amazing history, including of its owners. The inn is tastefully and exquisitely built and decorated, and carefully and pristinely maintained and run. Each room is a different gem, more impressive than the next one. To top it all off, the breakfast is most delicious and healthy, everything home-made and fresh. Maple Inn is a place that we plan to go back to enjoy the inn, the delightful conversations with the owners, as well as the natural beauty and geological wonders of Parrsboro.

Gorgeous and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and the eggs benedict in the morning made the experience phenomenal. Highly recommend this Inn if you are planning a stay in Parrsboro.
