The Port is the flagship of Nova Scotia’s liquor stores. A fine selection of curated Scotches not typically available in their other stores. Friendly knowledgeable staff always ready to offer assistance.

Large NSLC with a vast selection of wines, spirits, and beer. Very knowledgeable workers as well, helped us choose the right gin!

Great location with excellent selection, though prices aren't great. Awesome for an NSLC, but if it was in any other province it would probably be 2 stars.

The selection of wines from Argentina and Chili is impressive compared to other nslc locations.

High end wines not typically found at NSLC are the specialty here. Super friendly staff, clean and bright store.

Its a Liquoir Store run by the gov. With untrusting staff but a great selection of products. But i believe i am able to carry my own product without your staff thinking im going to walk with it.

Great selection of local craft beer. Knowledgeable staff. For those from Ontario, a tall boy will run you 4.50 but that’s the going rate around here so don’t be shocked

Interesting selection of alcohol beverages. Contrary to the name, this is not an appropriate place to launch, land, load/unload, or otherwise interact with boats. One star lost for flagrant false advertising.

One of the best wine vendors in town. A very wide range of fine scotches and whiskeys. The staff are incredibly helpful when your feeling curious, and respectfully distant when your clearly just there for your usual.

Higher end NSLC store. Tends to have some more intering items at a higher average price point. Huge selection of wines from all over the world. Staff knowledge here is way above average. These folks know their products! Able to suggest items to go with meals or just to suit a particuliar taste.
Wine as low as $17.00 a bottle and up.

This store is beautiful and has the widest selection of wines in Halifax.

If you are on the hunt for a unique spirit, they have rare options that aren't carried at standard NSLCs.

Staff are very nowledgable but not pretentious.

If you're looking for something special.a gift that's truly a showstopper.the sky is the limit.

Best selection of higher end spirits that I've found so far in Halifax. The cognac selection alone is worth the trip!

If you are a drinking lover than you can find this place awesome as it's having lots of variety of whisky, rum and wine. Wine is generally a symbol of rich people in society. There is a separate section for Italian, French, Germany and rare wines. In whisky generally goes for single malt as they are smooth. The whisky range varies from 25$-51,000$. Yes even I got amazed after seeing that expensive bottle of 51,000$. In rum, if you like sweet rum then try cream rum shots, The price of the rum bottle is $35 for 750ml.

This was my first time visiting this location and it won't be my last! Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff, amazing selection - you can't really go wrong. I found a bottle of gin I've been eyeing for years and am very excited to try it.
