Such a wonderful time. Me an my miss Melissa will have that moment forever. She had lobster poutine, I had cajun chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, an as appetizers we had scallops with a rizto an a pound of honey garlic wings

Went here with the band after a Remembrance Day service. The menu isn’t huge but had something for everyone at great price points. There are even several keto options, which was great! I had the pan fried haddock (keto) which was superb. The layout is nice, with several rooms to cut down on noise, lovely decor and the patio in the warmer months would be an absolute winner! If you’re travelling anywhere near the Kentville/Wolfville/Port Williams way, I highly recommend!

One of the best dining experiences I've had in Nova Scotia. The patio is to die for, and the menu is an incredible mix of delightfully playful meals. I actually once ate here two days in a row during a warm spell on the last waning days of summer. If you're in the area, it would be foolish to pass this place up.

We went here during Apple picking season. It was an unexpected stop and we were not disappointed. Even though short on staff they did a great job at servicing. The food was amazing. The fish with cauliflower rice and the lobster with bread dish were really full filing. Would love to visit again. The outside sitting view was good too.

My Grandmother had a Harvest salad and she said it was the best salad she ever had.

A very busy restaurant in Port Williams but it's worth waiting. Food is tasty, price is right and wonderful place!

The homemade blueberry cream soda. TRY IT! I have drove over 45 minutes. JUST to bring the kids so they could experience this heaven in a cup. They also LOVED it. So glad it was brought back. You cannot find this drink anywhere else!

Had a wonderful visit there this evening.

Stopped in on a whim after a day of hiking and we were greeted with warm, friendly faces throughout the entire experience from the hostess at the front door (whose name I did not catch) to our server Miki, and everyone else who passed by or said hello.

Food was incredible, service was delightfully quick for a busy evening especially, and any inquiry placed was responded to with amazingly prompt and detailed answer, including finding a wonderful pairing for dessert and accompanying coffee.

Very much looking forward to our next visit out this way, and a chance to come in again.

One of my favorite places to eat in Nova Scotia! A must try is the Lobster Poutine. Fresh, tasty fries covered in a cheesy seafood cream and melt in your mouth chunks of lobster.
Looking for a sweet drink? They offer a blueberry cream soda that will satisfy your craving.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Great atmosphere and amazing food, with good portions. Beautiful views of the valley. Good timing and never felt rushed. Would totally recommend this place to everyone who wants a great meal.

Large and lovely pub/restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. The views are very pretty. The food was delicious. My fish in my fish n' chips was gigantic and tasty. The house-made beer is good but the food and service are the stars.

FAIL Unfortunately we said we just wanted to enjoy some Sea Level beers in the pub. We were then snubbed by the waitress who was supposed to serve us. As in she never served us. We waited and I had to go ask someone if we're going to be served. It never happened, so we left. No beer drank from SL, no money made for the Port Pub, no tips and no comadiereship with my family from away.

Update: it's unfortunate your business needs to be misleading in their response. Truthfully, the waitress who was supposed to serve us was at the bar on her phone. There was only one other table with people in our area being served by a different waitress. When we asked an attendant where our waitress was the attendant ask the waitress at the bar on her phone if she was serving our table. She replied "yes" but did not get off her phone or even acknowledge us.

Also, to answer your question, yes we did find better service to our liking at Wayfairs and again this evening at Troy's.

The food and atmosphere is top-notch, they have a large selection of micro Brewery beers on tap, it's a great little spot to take that somebody special to dinner.

What a nice place to dine! Food is great, service is excellent and the bathroom is lean! We sat out on the deck and it was great.

By far one of the worst fish and chip. It was basically frozen Highliner deep fried. It was cold inside and dripping with grease.avoid at all cost.

The meals were too overpriced for the quality. I had the seafood fetucinni and the lobster was slighty overcooked andthe shrimp wasn't peeled, overall flavor was good but i won't be going back.

The worst service, came in for what I thought would be a nice experience at waterside restaurant but left after wanting half hour for a drink

Love going there. Food is excellent and great staff. Carley was our waitress and she is wonderful, always pleasent and friendly. Glad covid is taking a back seat so we are free to go again.

Have eaten here many times and always take guests from out of town. Beautiful view of the River and lovely outdoor and indoor atmosphere. Service Food and beer is alway great.

Beautiful views, great service, and fantastic food. The chowder was really good, the burger and fries were fantastic.and the schnitzel was good and different.

Ordered grilled cheese for my son, one bread alice is burnt (as in dark), and the other, just fine. Nothing special about it. Raised the burnt bread concern to the server, as per the receipt, they gave us a manager discount for that.

Lamb burger for the spouse; he liked it, I don’t. For me, the meat is so.meaty (?). Definitely tastes different than the usual meats I consume (pork, beef, chicken).

The seafood pasta is good. There were a few pieces of fish, small lobster claws, and 3 shrimps. The sauce is so creamy and cheesy, perfect with the 2 bread slices that came with it. Wasn’t able to finish it though, bec at the end, it just got too salty for my taste.

We ordered ginger beer which is waaay better than Canada Dry, for me, bec it’s not too sweet and it has a strong ginger after-taste.

Tried the blueberry cream soda; liked it at first, but realized it’s just too sweet for me.

The reception area is a bit dark and uninviting. There were a lot of stuff to look at, like brochures, trinkets, decors.

The server was very friendly and upbeat.

The dining area has a warm cozy feeling to it.

Overall, this resto is good enough to eat at, for experience. But not enough for us to return to.

Considering Covid restrictions, very pleasant spot. Very friendly staff, food was excellent. Will definitely visit again.

The food was amazing, the staff were all so kind, and frequently ensured we were enjoying ourselves. The price of our meals and drinks for 3 adults and 2 children came to just over $200, but I would still recommend eating here at least to try the food. If I could afford to, I would probably frequent this restaurant.

Loved it. Great fine dining and friendly professional waiters. The Surf and Turf was excellent Great atmosphere as well.

Found this on the river in a sealed wine bottle gaspereau around 5years ago Thought I would get a free meal. Nope.knew nothing about it.no meal for you.maybe they could contact previous owers

They haven't changed the menu in a very long time, there's about 2 people with covid in the province and they're not honoring mask exemptions at all, basically they're denying the elderly or breathing impaired any service in the establishment, otherwise the view and most of the staff are pleasant.

Had the burger, which was delicious. Knocking the rating down for three things: They have Coke instead of Pepsi and French's ketchup instead of Heinz, both of which seem cheap (which is a surprise, based on the prices). Mainly, though, they had us waiting for 10+ minutes only for us to find out the restaurant was half-empty.
