I absolutely loved the seafood here. Staff was pleasant and the fish and chips was absolutely mouthwateringly good! Would certainly visit again next time I'm in the province

Came from out of town! Needed a bowl of homemade seafood chowder! It was fantastic! I swiped a piece of scallop from my sister, mashed potatoes from my nan and fish bites from mum, I had some of dad's tomatoe soup and the grilled cheese! Home made deliciousness! Everything was great! Seems to be one of the few places that actually serve real mashed potatoes! Grandma loved the bread pudding! Highly recommended! Great food and friendly people!

Decided to try breakfast here and it did not disappoint! Portion sizes were good, service was friendly and the food tasted great! Food looked so good I forgot to take a picture!

Would never go back a Clubhouse with processed chicken loaf what a joke.a Caesar salad that was just plain sour wasn't even green they used the core of the romaine, burnt garlic bread that was very old.with drinks it was over $35 bux unreal

I knew this place was going to be good as the parking lot is rarely empty. Last night I had a two-piece fish dinner with the house batter. It was very good, the best I have had in quite a while. I like the decor as well lots of interesting things to look at.

One of the more disappointing spots I've eaten. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was overcooked, while the fries were under-cooked and bland. The patio was OK, but the inside was very run-down. Would not recommend this place.

The food was not good at all. Either tasteless or too sweet.
The fish cakes were ok. Gravy had no taste and had lumps in it. Beans were so sweet, even adding water didn't help.
Unconfortably cold and the waitress said She was not allowed to turn it down.
I could smell urine in the washrooms.

Fabulous! I wanted to try lobster for my first time and they had a cold plate with potato salad and a whole lobster. I especially enjoyed the claws! The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the good service!

We used to go to Barbs for fish and chips. Sailors is as good or even better. Our new favourite.

Double check your receipt! I was charged $2.00 for “an extra plate” that we didn’t ask for. The waitress didn’t inform us there would be a charge for that.
If you’re sharing a meal and they give you a plate (that you don’t need, didn’t ask for, and not use), give the plate right back.
I’ve traveled to many different local restaurants and never experienced this before.
Just be honest with what you’re charging us so that we know- put “extra item-2.00” so we can make informed decisions or decline the plate when given to us.

I took my 84 year old grandmother to sailors galley for fish and chips, her favorite! The Galley was easily wheel chair accessible and the food and service were delightful!

Place needs a lift and some repair. Food was ok. My husband said that he enjoyed the hash, nothing fancy but taste good

Small little joint, but the food is awesome very eastern Canadian food. Prep was extremely fast. Service was perfect and prices are reasonable. The advert placemats are fun to read lol
