Every time I go in knowing nothing, and come out ready for anything. The staff is knowledgable and prices are perfect.

I have a love hate relationship with this dealership.
Service can be great, it can be mediocre.
Since the ownership change I think it's gotten better. Previously you could walk around and nobody would bother talking to you. That doesn't seem to be the case now.
Parts, I find that they tend to be cheaper than other places online. So if you see a part for $25 online, this dealership often is cheaper at $20.
Under new ownership I think this is a better place than before.

The Shack is Awesome! I live out of Truro but whenever I have my bike in town they always fit me in. Great bunch at the shack would always recommend. Everyone from service, sales, parts and sorry if i missed anyone are all amazing to deal with.

I'm looking for a side by side unit. Great prices, salesperson Greg Pineo was friendly gave us lots of information good looking bikes, snowmobiles and 4 wheelers. We will be going back to get a unit for hunting season lots of options.
