When I came there I met Aarushi and got to know what excellent customer service is.
She served me with a lot of passion and patience and the experience was nothing short of first class.

While ordering, the attendant was not attentive. I stated my order twice, yet they got the order wrong and stated that I was rude. I apologized for my demeanor.
When I returned to get the order corrected. I mentioned to the other cashier that my order was incorrect spite that I had clearly stated the order twice and said that I was told I had been rude. They told me not to mention it again. After I was refunded what I had paid, refused to fill my order and suggested that I go elsewhere.

Karl is the best. Karl has been helping me with all my tech purchases for years. In December Karl got me the greatest deal on 3 new phones plus accessories to go with them. Karl is very knowledgeable, friendly and answers all my questions in a short time. I highly recommend visiting Karl at The Source in Park Lane.

I never shop anywhere but the Source for electronics because the customer service is always above and beyond - nothing compares to their warranties, no muss no fuss to get replacements. But I have to say, what made me write this review is I saw the employees today had pronouns on their name tags AND were both wearing masks. These folks genuinely care about the health of their customers - and it's so rare. If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I would.

Was able to get my beats headphones replaced on warranty very fast and easily because they had a charging problem, also had a controller replaced here on warranty before and they were able to order me the same one I had, because it was out of stock in the store. Good experiences with the staff!

Incredible service! I had a problem with my phone that turned out to be a factory defect. I was lucky enough to get help from George, who went above and beyond to help me. He made calls to confirm if my phone was still under warranty, as well as making calls to my service provider to help me with my next steps. He even offered to set me up with a temporary phone, sync my accounts and so much more. He took what could have been a long and frustrating process to fix my phone and made it so much easier for me. So grateful for this amazing experience.

Wonderful service, wonderful fresh products, and wonderfully clean and friendly.

Yesterday we went to this The Source to purchase new iPhones on a Bell plan. We are seniors who need lots of assistance with any new technology so I had called in advance to assure that the staff would have time to assist us with the huge job of transferring data from old phone to new.
The guys were great, very welcoming and reassuring. Stephen was our tech guru but Ryan and Tyrell were also offering tidbits of help from the side. Thanks ya’ll

I received excellent service at the Source in Park Lane. The manager went over and above my expectations to assist me with my new laptop. I am very happy and give it five stars. I would highly recommend this store.

Pretty good store, even if it looks a little compact, they have a few phones for sale and plenty electronic accessories. They have the latest and greatest in headphones and earbuds, if they don't they usually can order it and get it for you quickly.

Got a phone recently and the wonderful staff sent me home with a case, memory card and wireless charger.
Less than a month later I got a crack in my screen and called to see if I was under warranty or what they would advise I do if I wasn't. I wasn't but the called me they next day and told me to come in and they'd try to help me anyways.
Turns out I had a screen protector on the phone (they had given me for free and I didn't know about) and that was what had cracked and they gave me a new one. Wonderful kind staff that was even nicer than I originally knew! Thank you!

Awesome experience every time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help.

I picked up a phone here and the staff were great. One guy put the screen protector on really well and the other let me try on a bunch of phone cases to see which I liked best. I even bought one and while I was there found one I liked better, while most employees would be annoyed, he exchanged it in a few seconds with no problem or complaint. Really great service.

The Source can be hit or miss, but Ben at this location hit out of the park. Great service, knowledgeable and quick to solve issues not to mention kind and carries a great attitude. Due to this interaction I will be a returning customer.

Nice staff but small selection and somewhat crammed due to the limited space. Should suffice for most basic electronic inquiries.

Need an usb cable? Computer? Laptop? Just the kind of geek person and want to check some cool tech stuff? Go and spend some time in this store.

Not many other choices left in Canada for what they offer. Small niche market as nobody fixes any old Appliances anymore.

The "noise cancelling" headphones I bought were $200. They did not cancel any noise, and to make it worse, at low volumes they emitted their own personal buzz.

Apparently they were unable to offer any other alternative headphones that actually work for a comparable price. The best they could offer was a $400 set.

I am very dissatisfied with the product and extremely disappointed with their service.

Edit: I was asked to phone their "customer care centre".

When I did the phone, the service agent was friendly, but told me that I should be grateful that I recieved a refund on the product, and as I had the money back she failed to see the problem.

So after several trips to two stores, and one 30 minute conversation to a customer care representative. I am still without headphones, and still left annoyed.

In fairness to the customer care representative, she was very polite and professional, but still ineffective.
