If you don't mind not being told your part is back ordered 4 months.even though they have our money. Can't wait to lawn trim in December! Horrible customer service.told they would call when the part arrived. Left us hanging all summer.

Tried a number of times to buy a $50,000 tractor from them, a few years ago, couldn't get a call back, couldn't get an email returned.couldn't get through to them most times - tried maybe 10 times. Went to Proudfoots in New Glasgow bought a tractor on the spot, then bought a backhoe, grapple and Box Blade, great service, I call Them regularly for advice on maintenance for my Kioti equipment, always get through or get a call back the same day and get reasonable advice. This shop did me a great favour by ignoring me.

Awesome customer service and great selection of Stihl and husky chainsaws.

Have bought a few things from here and had my tractor serviced as well. Friendly and helpful staff if you can get a hold of them. Sometimes it takes a dozen phone calls before someone will pick up the phone. Have left voicemail as well, never receiving a phone call back. Their hours also recently changed, no longer open on Saturdays, so their only time open is when I work, which makes it difficult to shop with them when a competitor is open on the weekend, if it is only for a couple of hours. I want to support local, but it makes it difficult with these few difficiencies.

Last note, the service I did receive on my tractor was good and thorough, so that's a positive.

Recently bought a chainsaw from them. Started leaking oil excessively after only a couple of uses. Took it back for them to look at. Took 3 weeks to get back. Said nothing wrong with it. Still charged me more than I expected. Will not go back.

Manager at this location is nothing but a sneak who likes ripping people off buyers beware
