Excellent customer service.
I was there on July 17 to send a package, even though the label which I printed was for Canada post, but the nice guy there help me to tape my package.
He was so kind and polite.

Graeme and Michelle are really great individuals. They did open ended question for the services I requested and advised based on my needs. Graeme is the Rockstar of the bussiness. Glad that I got an opportunity to do the bussiness with them and they printed my bussiness card within 10mins. Felt I came in a drive through location.

Went for business cards and brochures at the last minute.they pulled through. Great quality product and customer service

Have had a rather poor experience with the storeTwice I had prints made and there was an issue both times even though I had given clear instructions to make them 14 in by 18 in the second time I received 18 by 23 in yet both times they charged me all this after I wasCharge $60 to send the package of frozen lobster meat that arrived two days later so in the endi lost 140 dollarseven though I was promised next day dilivery very disappointed in the service

Got our business cards within an hour of walking into the store cold on a Friday, had a great chat with them while we finalized the design on their computer!

Graeme & Michelle at the UPS store are my go to stop for international shipping. Michelle and Graeme helped me coordinate a complicated pick up from Chile and made a seemingly complicated delivery feel easy. Two big thumbs up for this duo!

Customer service was awesome! When i came in, Shelly was swamped with customers and the only one on duty, but navigated it all with such grace! Have you ever had a cranky day, but walked into an environment and was completely transformed by the presence of a stranger? Thats what i experienced. SHe was sooo patient and friendly, going above and beyond to help!

I work in the north end, so I do everything at this UPS now. They’re so friendly and helpful, always smiling. The work they do is really good quality and fast as well. They do more than just send packages, they have helped me with copying and faxing and all sorts of extras. My colleague had a poster printed there and the quality was stunning! Highly recommend, it’s family run, and they’re so sweet:)

Graeme went above and beyond to help me out and was so incredibly kind and caring. He took the time to personally hand-deliver my package so that I wouldn't have to call a cab or bus home with it. The conversation I had with him also inspired me to keep following my dreams. He made my entire day, maybe even my entire week. This meant more to me than he'll ever know. I am so grateful. Surprisingly accommodating in an efficient manner, that was above and beyond realistic expectations.

The staff has been accomodative and quick in serving me and other customer even during pick hours.

We use their services all the time and the staff are wonderful to deal with, they even offered me coffee today!

Hands Down, the best UPS store in HFX. Eversince the new owner took over; this ups center is very accommodating and have friendly lively staffs. I normally mail packages with UPS for expidited and express. I really like how the staff allows me to take proof of video for evidence while the package is being sealed. They also provide shipping receipt which is another evidence that package has been dropped off; other ups store doesn't provide this. If you want a UPS center that have very very low chance of package going MIA; this is the store to go to. Thanks fellas! Awesome job everytime!

I have had a mail box here for over 20 years. It is so convenient for receiving courier packages and mail. The current owners are passionate about the business and are a pleasure to deal with!

Only had to drop off a package for DHL, the shipping service that was requested by the buyer, and the owners were super helpful and engaging, and told me that they may have been able to get me a better price. After I left they called me, addressed me by name, and ran the numbers, 'just to see', even though the package it was for was already sent and paid for. That sort of service, and concern about getting you the best deal just doesn't seem to exist any more. Kudos.

I will return! I was greeted in a timely and professional manor. The gentleman that waited on me was very nice and processed my return for dhl in literally 10 seconds! He even taped the box for me. It’s pretty rare today that you walk into any store and the employee says “I will take care of it don’t you worry it’s on its way”. It’s the little things. I am so grateful to Michelle for answering my frantic email a couple weeks ago. She had my things picked up from a friend of a friends apartment; ditched there a year ago when covid started. Then mailed them to me in another province within a week and a half! I'd been agonizing over it, back and forth with other people for months! Everything was safe and sound, all for less than I could get them for with a plane, train or automobile. Thank you so much Michelle. I'm so happy to be reunited with my mama's quilt, art portfolio, winter boots, and little parlour guitar. I feel much more at home now:).

I've been sending and receiving packages to Toronto most weeks over the course of the last few months. The UPS Store staff are always very friendly and helpful, and every shipment has gone smoothly. Highly recommended!

Yesterday a courier was supposed to deliver the parcel to the streets in the center of Halifax. I waited all day and the courier did not come. I look in tracking and see the information not that I was not at home.seriously? I wait all day for the parcel and the lazy courier does not even want to deliver the parcel in the center? This situation is the first.it happens every time! Maybe this is too much work for him? Proposes to dig pits as the work of a courier is too difficult.

I've been here a few times in the past couple months and every experience with Graeme has been outstanding. Consistent, fast, personable, and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Way better choice than Canada post in that neighbourhood, the staff always takes a moment to answer questions.

What a lovely surprise to see new ownership when I went in to send multiple envelopes. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Plus a lovely family on top of that. Also suggested an alternate method of shipping that would save me money. Previously I'd sometimes drive to a further location but now I can stick with my local UPS right here on Robie St.
