I loved working at this place unfortunately I was let go with no notice a week 2 days in. Oh well it’s a reflection on him not me if he’s to lazy to train his employees that’s his issue. His loss. The worst franchisee ever!

Cashier isn't knowledgable, so don't expect your questions to be answered. They also charge $2 for them to print out their own shipping labels. Except we were told $2 and were charged $2.90+tax. Don't go here, they don't want your business.

Awesome. Staff was super helpful getting me what I needed and getting me through my technical issues. Will be back later to get some super slick looking business cards, keep an eye out for them.

Switched from Canada Post to the UPS Store in the middle of last year and I have no intention of ever looking back. The quality of service as well as the politeness of the staff is miles above Canada Post. I mean yes, there's a lot of Canada Post employees that always treated me very well. Unfortunately a number of them have either retired or are retiring and The Replacements just aren't the same. They don't offer the same care or friendliness in customer service.

When packages arrive at my box, UPS Store will send me an email. When I come in, they greet me by my name. I have had nothing but excellent customer service since I switched

Edit: it's been nearly a year since I switched over from using Canada Post to The UPS Store and Service is great.

Great company to deal with and very friendly staff. They remember our names every time we pick up the mail or a parcel.
