Received my package from the location and it was already opened and the contents of the package missing.

12 time Halifax UPS missed my delivery, expecting I have psychic power to know they are coming to deliver. I have one question, why so many government agency and other provider use UPS, inspite of know they are just cheating. I have no complain against UPS, this is expected. I just don't know what fragrance they give to other organization for choosing them.

Watchout the old man there is quick to dismiss sometimes. Did not even bother to look for my tracking number. Insisted that a return label is required when in fact none was at the end of the day. Wasted my time.
