Excellent service- I go out of my way to use this location- quick, efficient and they are packing pros- all my parcels arrive intact and on time!

No problem with this location. Staff are helpful, friendly. Place is obviously filled with packages and usually people and I think they do just fine. Imagine having to deal with all the Amazon returns? !

Nothing related to this store. But UPS took money from my credit card twice without my knowledge 10 days after sending the courier. Looks like UPS wants to steal money from people. Shame. This happened to me two times already.

Please check your credit card after sending a shipment and if you used your card to pay, especially online. They are nothing less than thieves

Awful service. Came to ship return Amazon order. Arrived 20mins before closing on Saturday 2: 40pm. Went I walked in only 2 other people waiting for help. Man working there turned to me and said I will not be able to help you before we close at 3. I said I am here 20 mins before closing an am not leaving. And stayed till served me. Never going to use this location for UPS again.

The gentleman that helped me was very efficient and helpful. The store was laid out well inside. Paperwork and payment was a breeze.
