The staff are always pleasant and engaging. Good sales regularly.
I don't always buy something when I go in but I try to visit the store every 4th time I go to the mall.

Most things I've purchased here are of only average quality. Nothing lasts. And today with an empty store they wouldn't do an exchange or refund because it was their "policy" not to until tomorrow.

I bought three tools from this store, and two of them had a lifetime no longer than 40 days. DO NOT go to this store. The quality and price DO NOT match its perfect location.

Lovely store. Competitively priced on many items. Lots of neat things for the kitchen/dinning room.

Love it there. I don't like shopping but I love going there. There are even things there for hard to please people like me.

Good service but very few staff. Hard to find someone to get an answer. Had to wait in long line to get answer from person at cash. It was Christmas time and if it wasn't for the fact that they are the only place specializing in goods such as theirs I would not have stayed. Did not appreciate standing in a long line just to ask a question. Should have been more staff.especially that time of year. Also this is not the first time i had experienced this at this spot. However person at cash was very friendly and helpful.

I have been here many times & I love this store. My recent purchase Stand Mixer which was on sale, great price. I am absolutely loving it. It is exactly what I was looking for. Although not a huge store but they have a good stock and knowledgeable associates.

I bought the double wafflemaker. I took it back because it didn't work and when I tried it cooked extremely unevenly. They refused to give the money back and insisted on a store credit. The wafflemaker I bought was marked like it was burnt when I took it out of the box. Loos used. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I felt very uncomfortable in the store and will never buy from them again.

Hard to get around in if you use a wheelchair. Staff will move things around for more space if they need to.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store is abundant with numerous household kitchen items. Great selection, clean store but not a lot of moveability for walking.

We knew what we wanted, went in and store empty of customers. Sales person went to the back room and didn't come out. We were waiting for 10 min at the cash waiting to pay and store unattended. I finally went to the backroom to ask if we could pay. In the middle of the transaction another customer walks in and the sales person asks if she can help the other customer and didn't finish our financial transaction. I like this store but staff is lazy or untrained. This happened today 20 October 2018 on a weekend.
