Waited in line, alone for 5+ minutes. 3 different employees walked by, looked at me and I never got served. It wasnt busy. Decided to leave and go somewhere else.

They just don't seem to care at this location, the food is sub par at best but the service is worse. And anytime I go (for chili) which isn't often, they don't ever have it. And never have a good variety of Timbits like other Tim's. I'll take my business to McDonald's, thanks.

Drive thru staff are unable most times to effectively communicate to understand the order. Drive thru staff are impatient, and they will speak over the customer frequently.
If I have time I always avoid this Tim Hortons which I'd sad and frustrating.

I don't frequent this Tim Horton's, however, I have noticed the breakfast at this location becoming increasingly "greasy". The hash brown soaked completely through the packaging and the breakfast sandwich was as though it was dipped in bacon fat prior to being wrapped up.

In addition, I've noticed that the staff won't watch where they're handing out the items - I.e. ; Staring at their screens or ringing items in while handing out a hot coffee. I find this to be a bit hazardous though I understand they are in a rush.

Probably won't return anytime soon

The staff here is very friendly! I'd love to sit in to have a coffee more but it's hard to listen to customers berate the staff. Be kind to service workers!

Went through the drive through in July 28@7: 30 pm. The lady couldn’t hear me or understood what I was asking for. She had to get another lady. Who new right away what I wanted. 6 donuts of the filled ones.
I got Boston creams and 2 of the new peanut butter donuts.
Once home. There was NO filling in the peanut butter ones. Was dry. 2 of the Boston cream had No fillings.
I’m so disappointed. When someone buys a filling donut, they want filling!
Very disappointed tonight in your Tim Horton’s.

I rarely ever go to a TH but forgot my lunch that day. They set buns up on the display case where you get your food, and customers grab the food over the buns and talk over the buns while interacting with staff. It was disgusting, particularly in times of COVID. Then the staff grab those buns and use them to make orders. Ick.

Ordered 3 coffee. 2 were wrong. Couldn't drink them. Went back to store and they didn't understand why I was upset. Was there 2 weeks prior went through drive through and again had the wrong coffee. Save yourself the headache go elsewhere.

This Tim Hortons, much like the other locations owned by the same operator, are all like a low stakes version of Russian roulette. If you order the same drink 10 times in the span of a week, you will receive 10 extremely different drinks, one will be too sweet, one not sweet enough, one too hot, one too cold, etc. It's like a manic depressive version of Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

If you get a bagel it'll either be cut into perfect halves, not cut at all, or one side will be larger than the initial bagel, with the other side being the first man-made 2-dimensional object.

If you're looking for a fun game on a boring afternoon, get a sandwich and try and guess which half all the toppings will be on! Bonus points if the toppings are just in the wrapper and not on the sandwich at all!

Now I know what you're thinking! "The employees must be awful" but they aren't! They're extremely pleasant and doing the best they can with the hand they are dealt by the owner and Tim Hortons Inc.

The coffee is inconsistent because no one receives proper training, because the turnaround is too high to justify it, but the turnaround is so high because of how toxic the work environment can be, thanks to unqualified managers and an absentee owner. Bagels and sandwiches are roughly assembled because Tim Hortons as a company values speed over quality, and frankly if I was getting yelled at by boomers all day I probably wouldn't put my best foot forward either.

Tim Hortons has time and time again shown us that they value profits over people, and that includes both the employee and the consumer. However their only method of increasing profits is to decrease cost, hence why everything they sell gets progressively worse as the years go by, penny pinching to reduce quality and increase margins. This location and its owner are a perfect example of why Tim Hortons is failing.

And remember kids, Tim Hortons hasn't been a Canadian company since 2014 when it was bought by a Brazilian holding company that leverages tax inversion. No matter how much their ads tell you otherwise. The only time you support Canadians when shopping at Tim Hortons, is when you tip the employees.

Can't tell difference between tea and coffee it is either they don't listen to what you ordered or they are not trained properly I don't know but tea is not the same as coffee or taste the same or smell the same so maybe they need more training or better head sets or listening skills

One of the worst Tim's in the city. Can't even get the simplest orders right.staff is also rude and act like your not even there.they're the worst!

We go to timberlea location twice every day I always go threw the drive thru at least 4 times a week I get coffee instead of tea today I order 2 pulled pork sandwiches the bun inside was burnt there was no cheese or crispy onions and hardly no sauce for pulled pork it was very dry if I won't get the pulled pork again also when I order I ask for a carry out tray and the person that was ringing in my order typed in carry out tray when I got up to the window they started to past me my drinks I asked for a tray the employee at the window said to me very rudely next time if you want a tray say when you are ordering I told the employee I did I go to the timberlea store because I live in timberlea but I think I might have to give McDonald's my business

The people working inside are human and they do their best to keep customers happy but if a mistake is made please tell them to recorrect the next time you go in and they wouldn’t even charge you for it. Great team and nice people. They do their best. Timmy ️

Excellent! Ordered Farmers wraps and bacon breakfast sandwiches and dark roast coffee. Was quite fast for drive thru!

Dear Timberlea Community,

As I am not one to write reviews for anything, I feel like I should share my very lackluster experience I have been having with this location.

This place used to be a great spot to get a good cup of joe paired with a nice breakfast sandwich.but as of late; there hasn't been a soul working in that building who can make a proper sandwich or coffee.

Multiple times I have given this establishment another try with hopes that the golden days of sandwich making have returned in glorious fashion, only to be let down again and again.
My coffee is never made correct or with any kind of care.old burnt coffee or two cream when I request two milk is a mistake that is unacceptable, especially when I already don't want to be waiting in a line for up to 20 minutes for breakfast that is barely held together by the overpriced lack of ingredients used to deceive my hunger for a few minutes.

There is nothing worse as to waking up ready to have a great day only to have it ripped away by the very unsettling lack of care from a few people behind a counter or through a window.
Gone are the days of service with a smile.

It seems they substituted the proper folk who understand the art of a good breakfast meal to save themselves a few bucks by hiring people who have no idea how to maintain any kind of consistency in the service they provide.

This Tim Hortons location is an absolute last resort for me, as now; I will happily use the 9 dollars I would spend on an incorrectly made sandwich paired with a stale double cream coffee on a tin of folders and actually enjoy my mornings once again.

Shame on you Tim Hortons.

They keep forgetting stuff like our hash browns or donuts when we order meals. Happens almost everytime. Other then that good coffee.

By far the worst Tim Horton's in HRM. There is not ONE time i have come here and they have not screwed something in my order up, been totally out of what i wanted, had no working debit or just plain rude. Seriously worth the drive to go to any other tims.

Good wrap. Told me they had frozen chai but when I got to the window they said they didnt. Sucked. But the wrap was very good.

Your quality of service depends on whos working that day. Some employees are extremely polite and great at their job while others are horrible. There have been many times that my order has been wrong and they don't seem to care to fix their mistake. I believe the employers need to be more selective in who they hire.

If they are gonna make you wait 25 minutes in the drivethru at 11AM on a weekday (read: shouldn't be that busy), they could at least get your order right

Frequently get the coffee/tea wrong. I complained this morning about a bad one on Saturday and instead of giving me a free tea the way I ordered it.the "manager" asked if I called in. When I said no, she said she could do nothing. What? I have been going to Tim's for decades and this us a first. Usually they will replace it with an apology and I get what I paid for.seems reasonable. This Tim's is also very slow on the weekends and in the morn so avoid if you are in a hurry!

This location is constantly running out of stuff: doughnuts, Timbits, bread for sandwiches, and muffins.

If you order coffee and it's right the first time you should buy a lotto ticket. The senior staff are too busy gossiping in front of the counter while they leave the trainees to mess up your order.

Rude front end and window staff the 2x I came to this location. I'm a visitor here and totally not impressed with the service. Made it very clear that one of the items I ordered was my fault. Won't be returning to this location throughout the extent of my vacation.

Tim's is always good, what can I say. Good coffee and food. Free Wifi and a great meeting place too.

If I could give it less than one star I would have. My pregnant wife wanted a chicken salad sandwich I went to the timberlea Tim Hortons and was served chicken that had clearly been in the container for hours if not days so I went back in to complain about it obviously I would have been very upset and their response to that was to kick me out in then band my pregnant girlfriend from coming there either I wouldn't let my dog eat their food or work there cuz he's far too smart for that.
