There are few persons whose behavior is very negative, I asked for cold coffee and 2 classic chicken wrap they provided me 2 hot coffee with one wrap when I said I asked for cold coffee they tried to impose the same.

I've noticed that the quality can vary from location to location. Some places maintain cleanliness and efficiency, while others may struggle with service speed and order accuracy.

Everything is good and service is great except the drive thru because it’s an average wait of 20-25 minutes …so I recommend going inside to order. But this location does have a lot of variety and it’s always fresh.

A couple different times, I was at this Tim's, around 6 to 6: 30 pm. Only three people working, cause someone was sick. Ok. Why are two people at the window? No one at counter? It takes two people to make coffee? The third was in back of store. I was the only person at counter. Could one of the two leave the window for a minute? It's not like I was ordering a steak dinner. Just a coffee and muffin. Gee!

Tried their food 4-5 times, however cannot find anything that fits my taste. Service is always great though

Drive thru? Go inside it’s better! Waited 20min. For medium coffee and it was only 4 cars in front of me!

This location is often out of everything. Doesn't seem to matter the time of day. Bagels is either burnt or under toasted. No happy medium. I don't stop at this tims unless I have to

Do all Tim Hortons play the same music? I don't think they do. This one has great tunes, mostly classic 70s soft rock the few times I have been here.

Great to have this Tim Hortons branch at this spot on Bedford Highway, quick service, not busy as others, so you will find seats, and most menu items are available till late during the evening, which would be normally gone by then at other Tim's.

Went to drive thru about 9pm. The person who took my order sounds like she hate her life. The person at food window is great, which is what the two stars for.

Plenty of seating, order is taken quickly, and lots of products available on display on Sat morning. Drive-thru available if you need it. Store is clean and there is enough workers to go through your orders in an organized manner.

The staff here have issues with making the orders properly they also struggle with good customer service as their attitudes are all extremely sour to the customers. The drive thru needs alot of work.

Typically a bit slow at drive thru here, but it's because the staff is so friendly they always have a little chat with their regular customers and are genuinely happy to see them. The personal experience is always superb and the coffee is ways hot!

Coffee in St Peter's NS was the most delicious and temperature was perfect, called to confirm 181F, not too hot to burn ur mouth and taste was the best, all Tim's coffee temp should be regulated by a standard, imo.

Hit or miss. I often get my coffee not stirred, or made incorrectly in the mornings.

Night shift are on point though. They may not have a selection because the close at 10, and I go through around 915 or 930, but they are always super friendly, and fast with their orders. (3 star rating for the night shift)

I don't bother going on the weekends. It looks to be all students, they are slow, they don't care about customer service, they have no hustle.

Clean store. Clean toilet. Order matched what I ordered. Parking lot a challenge for larger pickups

Typical Tim Hortons. Stopped for a coffee at drive-tru. The young lady taking the order was friendly and professional. Very happy with my drive-tru experience.

This is not one of the better tims around, i have stopped many times on my way to appointments and things an i try to give things a decent chance, every one is allowed an off day now and then, but they seem to be consistently behind, quite slow getting orders out, an for me that wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't that after waiting for quite a time for just a coffee or two they are not made right, i am just fine with taking a bit of extra time, but if Your taking so much time on a small order with just a simple xlarge coffee an French vanilla i can't understand why 9 if 10 times they are wrong and taste awful. The other part n one i have come to find very important in this difficult situation we find ourselves in is the frequency of Sanitation, in the number of times i have been to this restaurant i have only seen them sanitize debit machines and counters once when in fact they should be doing so after every use. That is something i just can't over look right now. Im thankful i am always sanitizing an carry my own every where with me.

If you're going to have everyone put on masks as they are going through the drive-thru, maybe don't leave your nose hairs in my iced capp. I know it certainly wasn't me as I had my mask on, so who inside isn't wearing a mask and is preparing my food?

Worst service and bitter coffee. The donut was great.

I very seldom go to any Tim’s here anymore. Actually it sounds crazy, but Macs have a better coffee and only a buck.
I believe coffeee should only be a buck since it only costs 15cents to make!

Staff was friendly, the employee that took my order was in training but she was quick even when she was searching for a button.
My iced coffee was delicious and I alter what is in it. The employee who got the timbits asked which were my son's favorite and he was pumped. Great experience, sad I paid with debit and had to cash to tip.

It was not a good visit. I waited 20 minutes to get my order taken and after I got it I didn't get what I ordered. Very poor service. Two people working behind the counter

Standard Tims, Coffee seems to be a bit better tha the other Tims in Bedford. Must be the water.

I went to Tim Horton to get some help, i have a pick-up truck and a 45 feet flatbed and i got stuck in the driveway. Britney was very sweet and very kind and called the cops for me, that was very nice of her

I couldn't find a clean table to sit at. The cleanest one found was one with what looked like sugar, or salt, and it had dirty napkins and books on it.

Tim Hortons is just amazing! You can have so many different kinds of dounts, muffins, cookies, and timbits. (Timbits are small round balls the taste like some dounts). You can also get other food there like soup and sandwiches. If you just want a drink you can a hot or cold one.

Coffee tastes like dirty water and their “hot” foods are always room temperature. I would NOT recommend coming here! Try McDonald’s instead!

Seemed really understaffed. Nothing I ordered was available and I had to check in three times to get one of the items. Did end up with food, though.

All liquids come near vapour like. The air is cold making liquid cold in no time. One of the largest point spread in temperatures

Hire more people Tim's! Your staff shouldn't be running a rush hour shift with only 3 people ‍️

Awful service, almost everyday I go there and at least twice a week they miss up the order, I ordered a bagel and they think it’s a Boston cream the drive through experience sucks!

Small amount of seating but sitting outside by the river on a nice day like today was worth it.

Helpful and lovely staff, but one of the only location in HRM that still does not carry almond or soy milk, which is a little annoying. Hopefully soon!

Tim hortons is not the coffee and doughnut chain it used to be. It has slid so far downhill. It is now a third rate burger joint with poor coffee and lousy, unappetizing baked goods. Sad to say but Mickyd's does coffee better. Had a few timbits and doughnuts this week.it just reinforced how bad their product is.
