Very disorganized location. Three order counters and no one knows where to line up.
Ordered a turkey bacon club and they forgot the bacon.

Ask for a craveable roast beef sandwich, did not receive it! But received crispy chicken and burnt? Sandwich. The caucasian girl was singing at the time, And smiling as she heading to the sandwich!

bed presentation in sandwich, food care and effort needs to be more in making the food.
Customer satisfaction is a must!

I would just like to say the food was good, no complaints; rather the manager was being rather rude to the other employees snickering at a young gentleman for forgetting to give us items on our big order. I hope that young man doesn’t feel bad because we all make mistakes.

Convenient location but hours not the most convenient. Really good customer service here though. Great team!

Staff were friendly and apologetic about the wait. They often seem to be understaffed, though.

Great location team! My co worker and I here walk across the street to this location staff know us and our order and always greet us with a smile and a sleeve for my tender hands co worker.

Very busy location, almost crowded all the time. Good thing is, they have multiple counters to take orders.

Your biscuits are doughy and your soup needs more flavor, felt like I was eating a gelatinous slightly chickeny broth that was made by a chef with tiny hands, not big enough to properly season.

Here's my new recipe suggestion.

Chicken Noodle Nummers Soup:

-Boil non binary chicken bones
-4 quarts of organic chicken stock
-1 cup each of organic carrots, turnip, onion, and celery
-Thicc noodles (preferably spiral ones)
-2 bay leaves
-Pinch of thyme
-1/2 cup of fresh parsley
-Luster dust

Also, please ask my pronoun before just assuming and calling me sir next time.
