Tim Hortons

It doesn't seem to matter what time of the day you go in.they never have chilli, rice or chicken for their wraps. Complaints to Tim Horton management seem to fall on deaf ears. This is one Tim Hortons location to definatly stay away from.

What happened to this place? Wait times are crazy even when it's slow, the newer staff are rude and loud! I guess it's Mc Donald's in liverpool for coffee for me now

The staff are wonderful, but recent renovations did not address the biggest issue which is the drive-thru. The intersection/parking is frequently blocked when entering, and vehicles then cannot leave or enter spaces.

From an accessibility standpoint, those in need of handicapped parking are at the biggest disadvantage here. Concrete barricading in line with the speaker would eliminate drivers ability to block the lot, and allow traffic to enter only when space permits.

Tim hortons in Liverpool is always. So busy!
No chicken noodle soup they ran out,
So I had chili which was really good!
The staff were friendly.clean store.

Currently closed for renovations however no big loss to Liverpool although it's the only Tim Hortons in town it sucks anyway most of the staff are slow and rude and the product is never made correctly

It was our first time to Liverpool and the day way really enjoyable. Sunny and cozy November 5th. Great place but we forgot a smart watch in the ladies washroom.

I’ve been having the loaded wraps since they came out and eat at this location 2 or 3 times per week on my lunch break. The loaded wraps here have become very noticeably less ‘loaded’ recently. I don’t know if Tim’s corporate changed the amount of the ingredients, or if this location’s owner has instructed employees to put less? Fact is, compared to other locations the loaded wraps here are now significantly smaller.

Staff seem overwhelmed at lunch time. Lettuce was wilty and brown. Bun not actually toasted and bacon half cooked.

Bathroom and out front was dirty. Tables not washed and garbage on the floor. Young staff behind the counter screaming at each other. Obviously no adult manager on the premises. Glad we were just passing through the area.

The staff in the afternoon are absolutely ignorant they swear and curse in front of customers the store is absolutely disgusting. Some staff seem very overwhelmed while others just sit there and do absolutely nothing. I was mortified with my visit today The staff were cursing in front of my child child staff members said they can't stand working there and that if they change their Schedule the walk out if you are not happy with your job maybe considering looking for another employment would be good. Can honestly say I don't think I will ever be back to this Tim hortons.

Tim Hortons great friendly service. Entrance at the lights is a desaster. Should block it off. And come in at far entrance from Sobeys parking lot.

Had money taken from me on 2 times from change, not not almost 27 dollars on both times but that ruined Tim's for me, the manager offered me a 20 dollar card I said no, you will loose alot more then that, then went to MacDonald's for coffee, never a penny gone, so not a fan of this Tim's, sorry but truth be told1 1/2 ago.

Very busy to the point they cause a traffic jam on the daily with their mismatched drivethru setup, always mess up order (don’t put enough cream/milk in drinks), never have any stock. Incredibly rude and not friendly at all - herding people like cattle without humanity and very intolerable refusing to admit mistakes in orders EVERY TIME I go there. No thanks!

To much in a rush.cant understand what they say through the speaker.usually out of 10 they mess up 9.8

Clean restaurant with quick, polite service. Only drawback is the awkward access due to location, which is not the fault of the restaurant.

Been here twice today, seems very busy Tim Hortons. Well, It's very clean and has good variety of baked good. Service for drink is good enough.

In the afternoon no was able to take my order, so the baker has to come out there while leaving their work. Gonna suggest'em to add another person. (Less stars for less staff)

Their grill seems to always be down after 7 or 8, usually a limited selection of donuts. Staff are typically rude and snarky like they have something better to do.

It's ok, half they time they don't stir and get my order wrong. Their POS goes down pretty frequently.

My first time at a Tim Horton's. Great experience. Big selection, helpful staff, clean facility, good prices. What more can you want!

What you'd expect from a Timmy's. Lots of staff and was fairly quick to get our breakfast sandwiches. No indoor garbage so customers are expected to leave garbage on tables. Hard on staff to clear them that often so tables are often not cleared.

Tim Hortons is standard chain. We stopped at this one and it was a little chaotic but we were served fairly promptly.

The service is ok the coffee is mediocre at best. The drive through has always been a problem as the lineups can back up into the Lights. Cleanliness I have to say is an issue outside as I've seen the bins in back stacked overfull.
