4 people on drive-thru not busy. 7 people in walking and only one person serving them. Instead of serving walkin they were busy doing other things. I'm sure all important. 2 people in front of me simple orders took 10 min to place my order. Then another 5 waiting on 2 cups of coffee. Seems something is wrong here. Can I also point out its getting very hard to even find a white person working at Tim's anymore. You say multi cultural. But it's all Indians at every location now. They all communicate in there own language but barly speak english. Its getting to be a discouraging place to go.

Quick turn Tim's kiosk. I'm biased, as its very close to home. And I do go there a lot.

Ordered 2 hot Lattes, completely messed up my order.they gave me cold Lattes. And even after asking, I waited for almost 5-7 minutes to have my right drinks.

Each weekend we treat ourselves to coffee while going out. Each weekend they manage to screw up a order of 4 items. Each weekend I go back, they need to do better. I’m sure they cost the owner lots of monies.

I ordered a wrap and a coffee that wasn't tastes fresh and stirred. The wrap came in disposable bag as bagel, So that was little unconvenient.
Meanwhile staff was friendly but they did take extra time for food at the counter.

Went through drive through this morning and there was a GREAT bunch working. They were happy, out going and most of all smiling faces.

So I asked for no plain in the assorted. The lady said they don’t have plain at that location. She then proceeds to give me *sugared* plain which are literally plain Timbits in disguise.

Delicious food and coffee. Fast friendly staff and great prices. Great for the whole family. Thank you to the staff for everything you all do for us all.

Hate to put a negative review. I live a few blocks from this Tim’s so obviously it is my first choice. However; 70-80% of the time they do not carry any of the orders I want to place even though they are being advertised. They seem to either carry less food to serve or perhaps not keeping up with it as they sell it. Service is good when they have it however I am surprised how this is still in business when they don’t sell the items on the menu.
